Carl Myron Dunlap of the Dallison area passed away on August 11, 2026, following a brief illness. He was 90 years old. He was born on July 21, 1936, at the family farm in the Pleasant Valley / Dallison area to the late Lester and Mary Reece Dunlap. After graduating from Parkersburg High School in 1955, he worked for a few years with the Pennzoil Company and then moved on to the O Ames Company where he worked as a Millwright / Welder until he retired in 2000.
