Jeffrey "Bink" Lowther, 78, passed away unexpectedly on June 11, 2026. Born on October 23, 1947, in Livorno, Italy, Bink spent his childhood growing up in Morgantown and Parkersburg, West Virginia. He graduated from high school in 1965 and later moved to Columbus to attend Columbus College of Art & Design, where he earned his degree in Advertising in 1970. Richard Reynolds, 78, of Palestine passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at Cedar Grove Assisted Living in Parkersburg. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. today at Matheny Whited Funeral Home, 97 Juliana St., Elizabeth. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m Tuesday, at the funeral home with Pastor Mike Lamb officiating. Interment will follow at Sayre Cemetery in Palestine.

Bernard B. Byers Jr., 76, of Belleville, WV, passed away peacefully at his home. He was born to the late Alice Jean Yeater Byers and Bernard B. Byers, Sr. Bernard retired from DuPont and was a faithful member of Belleville Baptist Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening.
