Larry Charles Bennett III

Larry Charles Bennett III, 27, of Parkersburg, WV, passed away January 21, 2026, at WVU Medicine Camden Clark. He was born June 25, 1998, in Parkersburg, WV, a son of Larry Bennett and Michelle Terrell Bennett. Larry participated in the Air Force ROTC program during high school and graduated from Parkersburg South in 2017. He was honored as Prom King and was actively involved in the student council. Lawrence Edward Butcher, 97, of Parkersburg, passed away January 21, 2026, at the Milestone Senior Assisted Living. He was born in Wood County, a son of the late Harvey D. and Arietta J. (Shaffer) Butcher. He was a tree trimmer for twenty-seven years and worked at a dairy for thirty-two years. He was an avid fisher and woodworker and enjoyed making cedar chests and kids toys.
