Lloyd Philip Willis, 71, of Parkersburg passed away February 20, 2026 at the Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg, WV. He was born on March 26, 1954 in Parkersburg, WV a son of the late Daniel Milton Willis and Lula J. (Jainey) Willis.

He is survived by his sons Brian Willis (Diedre) of Parkersburg, Wayne Willis (Heather) of Parkersburg, Jake Willis (Sarah Treadway) of Nags Head, NC, and Chad Griffith (Liv) of Long Bottom, OH, grandchildren Brady, Bryce, Broc, Colton, Easton, Maisy, Gunner, Ryder, Tanner, TJ, Lula, Rae, and Rowen, and siblings Glada, Dan, Debbie, Kenny, Clyde, Regina. Along with his family, he was a father figure and grandfather to many. He was a man everyone gravitated towards. A true one of a kind and skilled in many manners.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings Wayne, Bonnie, Mary, and Rick.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 24, 2026, 2:00 pm at the Leavitt Funeral Home of Parkersburg, with James Walters officiating.

Burial will follow at Harper Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 24, 2026, 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm at the Leavitt Funeral Home of Parkersburg.
