Lexi Ratliff

Lexi Ann Ratliff, 17, of Parkersburg, passed away after a hard-fought battle with cancer January 30, 2026 at the Children’s Hospital in Akron, OH. She was born June 24, 2008 in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Eric Shawn Ratliff and Ashley Wells of Parkersburg.

Lexi was a spunky, gorgeous, kind-hearted soul that was a friend to everyone. She had an artistic ability and was aspiring to be a Tattoo Artist.

Surviving in addition to her mother are two sisters: Bella Butler and Sydney Ratliff, maternal grandparents: Adrian Wells (Dawn) and Ruth Adams (Claude), paternal grandparents: Sheila and Terry Ratliff along with several aunts, uncles, cousins and special nephew Jaylen.

In addition to her father, Lexi was preceded in death by her brother, Justus Ratliff.

There will be no visitation or service. A celebration of Lexi’s life will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.

Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, is assisting the family with arrangements.
