Rebecca J. “Becky” Ingram, 78, St. Marys, WV, passed away Friday, October 31, 2025, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. Born in Parkersburg, WV, on March 25, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Virgil and Frances Shephard Caltrider. She was a 1965 graduate of Parkersburg High School and was a member of St. Marys United Methodist Church. Becky was a co-owner of Ingram Funeral Home with her husband Paul for 28 years. She was a member of the former Pemberton Garden Club, Portmar Garden Club, the former St. Marys Woman’s Club, and was a member and past president of the St. Marys Beautification Committee. She was one of the founding members and past presidents of the Pleasants Community Foundation and was on the Pleasants County Library Board. She was a loving wife, mom, mamaw, and friend to all who met her. She enjoyed gardening and reading.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Paul Ingram; three sons, Jay (Erika) Taylor, Andy (Cheryl) Ingram, and Jeremy (Kim) Ingram; five grandchildren, Dani (Ryan) Tucker, Gavin Ingram, Vinnie Ingram, Ella Ingram, and Drew Ingram; three great-grandchildren, Brock, Alivia, and Cassidy Paige Tucker, and one on the way; two sisters, Carol and Marilyn; two sisters-in-law, Suzanne Rouse, and Margaret Northrup; friend of the family, Bob Kayser; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers-in-law, Merle Rouse, and Johnny Northrup.
Services will be held Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 11 A.M. at the Ingram Funeral Home in St. Marys, WV, with Pastor Tom Blake officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasants Memorial Estates. WV. Friends may call from 4 to 8 P.M. Tuesday and 10 to 11 A.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
