Dale F. Kerns, 92, of Washington passed away September 2, 2025 at his residence. He was born on January 19, 1933 in Jackson County, WV.

Funeral services will be Monday 11:00 am at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Reverend Chad Mugrage officiating. Burial will follow at Independence Cemetery in Jackson County, WV. Visitation will be held Sunday 2-5 pm at the funeral home.
