Thomas Eugene Higgs died on April 12, 2025, at the age of 67. Memorial Mass at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 9th, 2025. Inurnment at Mt. Carmel Cemetery to follow. Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg were entrusted with arrangements.
