Ronald Lee Miller

Ronald Lee Miller, 77, of Parkersburg, born July 20, 1948, gained his wings to walk the streets of gold on Saturday, Aug. 9, 2025. He was born to Floyd Edward Miller and Mildred Lousetta Taylor Miller. He was a graduate of PHS and served in the United States Air Force.

He leaves behind his wife of 49 years, Shelia Kay Hays Miller; 4 daughters Tabitha (Jason) England, Christina (Ronnie) Huffman, Kathryn (Scott Harper) Miller, Samantha (Brandon Radabaugh) Moles; one brother, Don Miller; one sister, Becky Miller Jackson;11 grandchildren, Kay-Lee (Bryceten) Gorrell, Brittany (Isaac) Smith, Gabbie Wigal, Isabelle (Brea) Wigal, Sophia Wigal, Davian(Maddie) Miller ,Caydan Moles, Brycen England Mayci-Kay Moles, Levi Harper, Myleigh Moles ; 2 great-grandchildren, Easton Wigal and Laylynn Workman; and his canine companion, Peaches.

He is preceded in death by his parents Floyd and Mildred Miller; great-aunt Marie Taylor; his mother and father-in-law, Ivan and Mary Violet Hays; grandson Braxtyn England; son-in-law David Miihlbach; and his canine companion, Baby.

He was a family man, man of God, and a man that loved his food. He worked hard his whole life. He retired from City of Parkersburg, Pifers, and Parkersburg Wrecker.

Services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 15, 2025, at the Salvation Army, 5th Street, Parkersburg. Lieutenant Anthony Rowe will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at the Salvation Army. His eternal resting place will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Military Rites.
