There will be a memorial service at 1 p.m. Aug. 30, 2025, at Rockland Cemetery in Belpre, Ohio, for David Michael Kibbee, of Parkersburg, who died March 2, 2025, in Parkersburg. After the service there will be a gathering at King’s Buffet on Garfield Avenue, Parkersburg.
