Patricia Ann Rathburn

Patricia Ann Rathburn, 94, of Belpre, Ohio, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on May 11, 1931, in Belpre, Ohio, Patricia was the daughter of Paul Clayton Bayne and Millicent Fling Bayne. She dedicated many years of her life working as a Nurse’s Assistant, caring for others with compassion and kindness.

Patricia was the last surviving of her three siblings: James, Mary Lou, and Fay Lynn. She married Homer Gale Rathburn, with whom she raised six children.

She is survived by her children, Daniel Rathburn, Robert Rathburn, and Beverly Rathburn; 15 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; as well as 3 nieces and 5 nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, husband, and three children: David, Bill, and Melissa.

Patricia will be remembered for her strength, warmth, and devotion to her family. Her legacy lives on through the generations she nurtured and loved.

Visitation will be Saturday August 2, 2025 11am-1pm, with funeral services at 1pm, at the Leavitt Funeral Home Belpre, with Pastor Jacob Timlin officiating. Burial will follow at Rockland Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.LeavittFuneralHome.com.
