Anna Wells Graham, 96, of Washington, W.Va., passed away peacefully at home Monday. Funeral, 1 p.m., Monday, at Vaughan Kimes Funeral Home with Pastor Greg Boller officiating. Visitation, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest beside her husband in Parkersburg Memorial Gardens. Vaughan Kimes Funeral Home has been entrusted to assist with final arrangements.
