Donna L. Spindler

Donna L. Spindler, 59, of Belpre, passed away March 24, 2025, at the Marietta Memorial ER – Belpre Campus.

She was born August 8, 1965, in Long Beach, CA, a daughter of Carole Ann Will of Belpre and the late Ronald Will.

Donna was a 1983 graduate of Belpre High School. She was an excellent artist and loved cake decorating. She had worked as a cook for the Crystal Cafe in Parkersburg.

In addition to her mother, Donna is survived by her daughter Elizabeth Spindler, of Belpre.
