PARKERSBURG — The Parkersburg Police Department released the following reports July 20:
* Between July 16-18, officers of the Parkersburg Police Department responded to 326 calls for service.
* James Kessell, 30, of Parkersburg, was arrested July 16 on a warrant for domestic violence protection violation.
* Carl Hatfield, 60, of Parkersburg, was arrested July 17 for third-offense shoplifting.
* Jade Williams, 23, of Parkersburg, was arrested July 17 for possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver and use or presentation of a firearm during commission of a felony.
* Justin Runyon, 29, of Kenna, W.Va., was arrested July 17 for obstructing.
* Dylan Smarr, 20, of Parkersburg, was arrested July 17 on a bench warrant.
* Chad Goudy, 50, of Williamstown, was arrested July 17 for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
* Dana Dalton, 53, of Parkersburg, was arrested July 17 for violation of a domestic violence protective order.
* Joseph Vincent, 46, of Mineral Wells, was arrested July 18 on a capias.
* Taylor Brown, 28, of Malta, was arrested July 18 for assault of a police officer, obstructing and permitting DUI.
* Dessira Singer, 26, of Stewart, Ohio, was arrested July 18 for disorderly conduct and obstructing.
* Brandon Mayle, 35, of Stewart, Ohio, was arrested July 18 for leaving the scene, disorderly conduct, DUI and driving while license suspended or revoked.
* Noel Metz, 30, of Vincent, was arrested July 18 on a capias.
July 16
* Officers spoke with complainant in reference to a theft from a vehicle.
* Officers responded to 33rd Street in reference to a breaking and entering.
* Officers responded to Walmart in reference to shoplifting.
July 17
* Officers responded to PPD Headquarters in reference to a vehicle theft that already occurred.
* Officers responded to Fourth Avenue in reference to a destruction of property that already occurred.
* Officers spoke with complainant in reference to a stolen package from their front porch.
July 18
* Officers responded to 33rd Street in reference to vehicle entry.
* Officers responded to Walmart and cited Travis Hall for shoplifting.
* Officers responded to Jefferson Street in reference to an animal complaint.
* Officers responded to Walmart and cited Amber Lott for shoplifting.
* Between July 16-18, officers responded to 12 motor vehicle crashes.
