PARKERSBURG — The Parkersburg Police Department released the following reports on Feb. 25:

* Samantha Leep, 35, of Parkersburg was arrested on Feb. 21 for domestic battery.

* Katlin McMullen, 22, of Parkersburg was arrested on Feb. 21 for obstructing.

* Mark Ramsey, 35, of Parkersburg was arrested on Feb. 21 on a warrant.

* Tiffany Wherry of Parkersburg was arrested on Feb. 21 for obstructing.

* Jerald Lemley, 28, of Parkersburg was arrested on Feb. 22 on warrants.

* Andrea Gregory, 31, of Parkersburg was arrested on Feb. 23 on a warrant.

* Kari Caplinger, 25, of Parkersburg was arrested on Feb. 23 on a capias.

* On Feb. 21, officers responded to 13th Street for a burglary.

* On Feb. 21, officers responded to the Hampton Inn on Emerson Avenue for a vehicle entry.

* On Feb. 21, officers responded to Dudley Avenue for a theft.

* On Feb. 21, officers responded to Dairy Queen on Seventh Street for a breaking and entering.

* On Feb. 21, officers spoke with complainant about a burglary.

* On Feb. 21, officers responded to Bird Street for a larceny.

* On Feb. 22, officers responded to Pike Street for a stolen vehicle.

* On Feb. 22, officers responded to Division Street Extension for a lost cell phone.

* On Feb. 22, officers responded to Family General on Division Street for a shoplifting.

* On Feb. 23, officers responded to First and Juliana streets for a destruction of property.

* On Feb. 23, officers responded to Wal-Mart and cited Sarah Shrout for shoplifting.

* On Feb. 21-23, officers responded to nine motor vehicle accidents.
