* Randy Lynn Enoch, 57, 371 Valley Manor Lane, Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of DUI with a blood alcohol concentration of .15 or less and was released on a $3,500 personal recognizance bond with 10 percent cash.
* Billie Joe Dye, 37, 1212 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer and possession of a controlled substance, heroin, and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.
* Jason Scott Moore, 28, 40 Kings Row Trailer Park, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Howard Michael McKinney Jr., 51, 1425 19th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a citation for public intoxication and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court fees.
* Randy Lee Hupp, 58, 2706 Broad St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a citation for battery of a police officer, was sentenced to 60 days in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation with credit for one day served and 15 hours of community service and was assessed $160.25 court fees.
