Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG – The following cases appeared in Wood County Magistrate Court on Aug. 30:

* Bryan David Lane, 28, of 816 Hopewell Road, Fairmont, pleaded guilty to one count of failure to obey a traffic signal and was assessed $175.25 in fines and court costs.

* Bryan Sanchez Glover, 36, of 925 Juliana St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to one count of driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous reasons and was assessed $260.25 in fines and court costs.

* George Alexander Jefferson III, 21, of 4301 Fourth Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, no proof of insurance, failure to report striking a highway fixture and unlawful taking of a vehicle and released on $2,000 bond.

* Holly Marie Goodson, 33, of 6 Avery Place, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a license revoked for driving under the influence and released on $5,000 bond.

* Tyler Daniel Crouser, 23, of 2008 19th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of aggravated DUI and released on $1,500 bond.

* Brianna Marie Bland, 21, of 1519 1/2 15th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of petit larceny and possession of marijuana and released on $3,000 bond.

* Derek Michi Leftridge, 26, of 147 Turkey Hollow Road, Cutler, pleaded guilty to no seat belts and improper registration and was assessed $205.25 in fines and court costs.

* Kelsey Joanne Neely, 23, of 1230 Lakewood Circle, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license and released on $1,000 bond.

* David Gabriel Uppole, 39, of 1657 Big Tygart Creek Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of possession of less than 15 grams of marijuana and released on $1,000 bond.

* Justin Michael Yoho, 30, of 200 Harmony Drive, Moundsville, pleaded no contest to driving on a license suspended or revoked for miscellaneous reasons and no proof of insurance and assessed $620.50 in fines and court costs.

* Tyanna Nicole Martin, 28, of 2005 Lewis Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a domestic violence order and released on $2,000 bond.

* Matthew Grant White, 32, of 5513 Fourth Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on $2,000 bond.

PARKERSBURG – The following cases appeared in Wood County Magistrate Court on Aug. 29:

* Austin E. Harper, 23, 2402 Spider Ridge Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of fraudulent motor vehicle inspection and no insurance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jamie Lewis Hornbeck, 44, 12 11th St., Apt. 3, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of driving on a suspended or revoked license and one count of third-offense driving on a suspended or revoked license for miscellaneous reasons and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Brandi Michelle McCroskey, 36, 1200 Hillcrest St., Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of child neglect with risk of injury or death and was bound over to circuit court.

* Felipe Orlando Martinez-Salazar, 42, 290 Fern Drive, Elk Grove Village, Ill., was arraigned on a charge of first-offense DUI and was released on a $500 bond.

* Timothy Bruce Eddy, 56, 6642 Hibiscus St., Bunnell, Fla., pleaded guilty to a no seat belt citation and was assessed a $25 fine.

* Adrian Steven-Payne Henderson, 31, 2516 Clement Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for six months unsupervised probation and was assessed $160.25 in fines and court fees.

* Leonard John Rhyne III, 30, 1334 Market St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a citation for fleeing on foot, was sentenced to 60 days in jail with credit for eight hours served and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court fees.

* Jonathan Wayne Bailey, 25, 3100 Middle Island Road, St. Marys, pleaded guilty to a first-offense DUI citation, was sentenced to seven hours served and was assessed $360.25 in fines and court fees.

* Jodie Dawn Miller, 33, 205 38th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, failure to obtain West Virginia vehicle registration and failure to obtain a West Virginia operator’s license and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Chance Kaji McCartney, 19, 5 Tonya Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of shoplifting more than $500 and was assessed $795.25 fines, restitution and court fees.

* Morgan Deanne McDermitt, 21, 60 Royal Gardens Suite 20, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving on a suspended or revoked license for miscellaneous reasons and was assessed $260.25 in fines and court fees.

* Joseph Lyle Bock, 47, 1507 Ball School Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to charges of driving on a suspended or revoked license for DUI and possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance, marijuana, was sentenced to concurrent sentences of 90 days home confinement with credit for one day served and was assessed $420.50 in fines and court fees.

* Myron L. Wisecup, 53, Oak Hill, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a suspended or revoked license for miscellaneous reasons and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Michael Lee Gabbert, 30, 108 Ryanwood Village, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and disorderly conduct and bond was set at $1,000.

* Isaac Raymond Harmon, 34, 713 Warren Ave., Belpre, was arraigned on a felony charge of first-degree robbery and bond will be set in Wood County Circuit Court.

* Patricia Dawn Snyder, 43, 149 Spruce St., Davisville, was arraigned on charges of DUI, speeding, 50 mph in a 35 mph zone, and failure to sign a registration card and was released on a $700 bond.

* Amanda Sue Carson, 34, 35 Petal St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to a no seat belt citation and was assessed a $25 fine.

* Steven Ronald Simons Jr., 33, 3549 Rangoon Drive, Westerville, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of second-offense DUI, driving on a suspended or revoked license for DUI, speeding, 86 mph in a 55 mph zone, driving on a suspended or revoked license and no insurance and was released on a $1,300 bond.

PARKERSBURG – On Aug. 5 the following reports were released by Wood County Magistrate Court.

* Randy Lynn Enoch, 57, 371 Valley Manor Lane, Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of DUI with a blood alcohol concentration of .15 or less and was released on a $3,500 personal recognizance bond with 10 percent cash.

* Billie Joe Dye, 37, 1212 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer and possession of a controlled substance, heroin, and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Jason Scott Moore, 28, 40 Kings Row Trailer Park, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Shane Allen Eaton, 35, 326 Mineral Manor Way, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer, possession of a controlled substance, heroin, and third-offense driving on a suspended or revoked license for miscellaneous reasons and was released on a $3,500 personal recognizance bond with 10 percent cash.

* Joseph Byron Cain, 30, 1828 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a possession of a controlled substance charge and was released on a $1,500 bond.

* Shane Allen Eaton, 28, 326 Mineral Manor Way, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of shoplifting and was released on a $2,400 bond.

* Cody Alan George, 18, 2197 Old River Road, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to a citation for littering, less than 100 pounds, and was assessed $460.25 in fines and court fees.

* Howard Michael McKinney Jr., 51, 1425 19th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a citation for public intoxication and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court fees.

* Randy Lee Hupp, 58, 2706 Broad St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a citation for battery of a police officer, was sentenced to 60 days in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation with credit for one day served and 15 hours of community service and was assessed $160.25 court fees.

* James Kent Hobbs, 51, 534 Left Fork of Kites Run Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to an animal cruelty charge, was sentenced to six months home confinement with credit for two hours and 35 minutes served and 100 hours of community service and was assessed $185.25 in fines and court fees.
