PARKERSBURG – The Parkersburg Police Department released the following reports on Aug. 5:

* Thomas Wayne Fought, 19, of Parkersburg was arrested on Aug. 3 on a charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

* Chance Gardner Meking, 18, of Parkersburg was arrested on Aug. 3 on charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, public intoxication, possession of marijuana and the purchase of alcohol under the age of 21.

* Thomas Persicke, 31, of Parkersburg was cited on Aug. 3 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

* On Aug. 3, Tal Kimberli Rinehart of Parkersburg reported someone removed items from her residence.

* On Aug. 3, Charles Wade of Parkersburg reported items were stolen from his residence.

* On Aug. 3, James Fugate, Tressie Springston, Anna Bonnell, David Bonnell and Jeremy Fordyce, all of Parkersburg, reported they each had a tire slashed or cut on their vehicles.

* On Aug. 3, Christie Leonard of Parkersburg reported her back door was kicked and damaged.

* On Aug. 3, officers responded to Wal-Mart to a shoplifting.

* On Aug. 3, officers responded to 7-Eleven to a shoplifting.

* Richard Cross, 50, of Belpre was arrested on Aug. 4 on charges of first-offense driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance.

* James Matthew Atkinson, 21, of Parkersburg was arrested on capias warrants from Ravenswood for failure to appear on charges of daytime burglary and delivery of a controlled substance.

* Steven Wayne Chancey, 46, of Parkersburg was arrested on Aug. 4 on charges of first-offense driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license.

* Mark Jason Brown, 35, was arrested on Aug. 4 on a charge of being a fugitive from justice from Baltimore, Md.

* Matthew Paul Miller, 31, of Parkersburg was arrested on Aug. 4 on three capias warrants for failure to appear on charges of petit larceny and two weapons charges.

* On Aug. 4, Robert Wigal of Parkersburg reported his vehicle was entered and items were taken.

* On Aug. 4, Patricia Flowers of Parkersburg reported lawn maintenance equipment was stolen from the yard of her residence.

* On Aug. 4, Thomas Gaylock of Parkersburg reported his vehicle was entered and a laptop was taken.

* On Aug. 4, officers responded to Andrew Street to a domestic battery.

* On Aug. 1, Ronald Lee Rake, 43, of Parkersburg was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and first-offense driving under the influence.

* On Aug. 1, Richard Patrick Miller II, 18, of Parkersburg was arrested on a charge of first-degree robbery.

* On Aug. 1, Anita Dawn Small, 51, of Parkersburg was cited on a charge of shoplifting at Wal-Mart.

* On Aug. 1, Roger Blaine Carpenter, 47, of Spencer was cited on a charge of shoplifting at Wal-Mart.

* On Aug. 1, officers responded to Juliana Street in regard to a disorderly subject.
