PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Feb. 8:
* Hunter Lee Bowie, 1575 Pine Grove Road, Cairo, pleaded guilty to illegal possession of doe deer and hunting deer out of season and fined $392.96.
* Donavan Robert Adams, Washington, had charges of domestic battery and misdemeanor violation of a protective order dismissed with prejudice. The state does not wish to pursue.
* John Fulton Deem, 309 West Fifth St., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal invasion of privacy, fined $362.96 and he was placed on six months of home confinement. Another six counts of criminal invasion of privacy were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Austin Christopher Smith, 2402 Clement Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting and fined $276.48. He was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to the Go-Mart store on Staunton Avenue, Parkersburg.
* Brandon Scott Johnson, 1619 Pike St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm and fined $236.48. He had a charge of grand larceny dismissed due to insufficient evidence.
* Garett Levi Detamore, 9285 Slate Creek Rd., Rockport, has charges of DUI with a BAC less than .15 and having an open container dismissed as part of a deferred sentence deal.
* Julius Covington II, Clarksburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed with prejudice.
* Deborah Lynn Martin, 1252 Gihon Rd., Parkersburg, had a charge of duties and powers of the commissioner dismissed without prejudice.
* Chad Christopher True, 17 Ash Circle, Davisville, had a charge of stalking dismissed with prejudice.
* Charles Edward Collins, 467 Gates Ridge Rd., Rockport, had charges of improper disposal of solid waste and illegal possession of wildlife dismissed with prejudice. No criminal complaint was filed prior to trial.
* Bruce David Winans, 273 Meadowview Dr., Mineral Wells, had a charge of having no proof of insurance dismissed.
* Michael David Bailey, 796 Wayside Farm Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48. A charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* David Allen Buckley, 800 Highland Ave., Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of obstruction, assault of a police officer and two counts of trespassing and held on $1,200 bond.
* Mathew Collin Murray, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County, Ohio, on a charge of failure to appear. He was held without bond. A bond hearing was set for Wood County Circuit Court.
* Jason Scott Bowers, 2424 Valley Road Apt. 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of aggravated DUI and released on $1,000 bond.
* Joshua Adam Dowler, 907 Erie St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a revoked license for DUI, having no insurance, obstruction, possession, improper registration and having defective equipment and held on $3,500 bond.
* Michael Randolph Mcwha, 413 Eighth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $500 bond.
* Moussa Yakar Nzalle, 907 30th St. Apt. 4, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and obstruction and released on $1,500 bond.
* Charles David Fillinger Jr., 2601 Dudley Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and a capias warrant for false reporting and released on $2,000 bond.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Feb. 9-11:
* Burl Edward Kay, 11068 Liverpool Road, Sandyville, was arraigned on a charge of wanton endangerment and released on $3,500 bond.
* Skyler Austin Pilgrim, 190 Eich Road, Fredonia, Pa., was arraigned on a charge of speeding, 96 mph in a 70 mph zone, and released on $200 bond.
* Herbert Bess III, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing and released on $100 bond.
* Jonathan Paul Kelly, PO Box 2431, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and trespassing and released on $1,000 bond.
* Mark Christopher Brown, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of malicious wounding and domestic battery and held on $350,000 bond.
* Damon Lee Bonham, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,000 bond.
* Precious Christina Bailey, Durham, N.C., was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and petit larceny and released on $2,000 bond.
* David Franklin Thomas, 2987 Dutch Ridge Road Apt. 17, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and public intoxication and released on $2,000 bond.
* Wilbert Francis Kelley, 1005 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing and released on $1,000 bond.
* Tccaro Preaun Saunders, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery, obstruction, disorderly conduct and public intoxication and released on $2,000 bond.
* Ronald Clifford Hopkins, 207 Eighth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction, battery of a police officer, public intoxication and disorderly conduct and released on $2,500 bond.
* Dylan Russell Gould, 262 Doolin Dr., Williamstown, was arraigned on three counts of possession of a controlled substance and released on $2,500 bond.
* Robin Ruth Bailey, 1716 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and having expired registration and was held on $1,000 bond.
* Jessica Dawn Woodward, 1630 Ridgeway Ave., Parkersburg, had a charge of burglary dismissed after the alleged victim did not appear in court.
* David Allen Gibson Jr., 671 Beulah Road, Morgantown, had a preliminary hearing waived for charges of fleeing with reckless indifference, receiving or transferring stolen goods and manufacture or possession with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Ashton Jeffery Dugan, 1046 Laird Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation.
* Keenan Wish Mills, 1609 Hill St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to illegal entry, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 10 months in jail which was ruled as time served.
* Landon Nile Flinn, 793 Meadville Road, Davisville, pleaded no contest to failure to stop for a stop sign and was fined $181.48. A charge of expired registration was dismissed after providing the documents to the court.
* Braden Keith Knapp, 800 Huggins Dr., Williamstown, pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $181.48.
* Allie Marie Akita, 4355 Spruce Rise Rd., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no proof of insurance and fined $376.48.
* John Anthony Moore, 1103 18th St. Apt. D2, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of malicious assault and being a fugitive from Perry County, Pa., for failure to appear in court. He was held on $20,000 bond for the malicious assault charge and held on no bond on the fugitive from justice charge.
* Patrick Jonathan Wright Jr., 27 Green St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting, obstruction and fleeing from an officer and held on $3,000 bond.
