PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Jan. 5-7:

* Wesley Adam Blackwell, 425 Harris Hwy., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license, having no insurance and fined $852.96. A charge of accidents involving damage to a vehicle was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Devan Mariah Hendershot, 813 Hamilton St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48.

* Austin Russell Ash, 2818 12th Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

* Colin David Bintz, 2502 Sedgewick Place, Dumfries, Va., pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48.

* James Paul Smith Jr., Washington, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and domestic assault and held on $1,000 bond.

* Adam Taylor Lacava, Ravenswood, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $500 bond.

* Ashton Jeffery Dugan, 1046 Laird Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, public intoxication, obstruction and underage consumption and released on $800 bond.

* Brian Keith Riser, 3501 Sixth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a revoked license for DUI, possession of a controlled substance, improper registration, no MVI and having no insurance and released on $1,300 bond.

* Christopher James Elza, 1915 Lake Washington Road, Washington, was arraigned on charges of obstruction, public intoxication and disorderly conduct and released on $700 bond.

* Christy Lane Hughes, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery, domestic assault and brandishing and released on $1,500 bond.

* David Andrew Garnes, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic assault, obstruction and disorderly conduct and released on $1,500 bond.

* Jessica Fay Parsons, 1062 River Hill Road, Washington, was arraigned on charges of obstruction (two counts), public intoxication and pedestrian on roadway and released on $1,200 bond.

* Michael J. Fittro II, 907 33rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense shoplifting, trespassing and possession of meth (capias warrant) and held on $3,100 bond.

* Denzil Lon Wright, 33 Carpenter Run, Waverly, was arraigned on charges of illegal possession of wildlife (two counts) and failure to register a doe (two counts) and released on $1,000 bond.

* Justin Tyler Simon, 117 A Grapevine Dr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of reckless driving, open container and distracted driving and released on $2,000 bond.

* Brandon James Kerns, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $4,000 bond.

* Bryan Alan Knorr, 508 Reed St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery, destruction of property and possession of a controlled substance and held on $1,500 bond.

* John Edward Boston, P.O. Box 209, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of driving on a revoked license for DUI, DUI-habitual drug user, failure to maintain control, following too closely, having no insurance, no seat belt, reckless driving, no registration and possession of a controlled substance and released on $4,000 bond.

* Cynthia Jo Schoeppner, Marietta, was arraigned on two counts of domestic battery and released on $4,000 bond.

* Tracy Belinda Scarberry, 4385 Flint Run, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $500 bond.

* Brent Alan Piggott, 1464 Barnett Ridge Road, Belpre, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and improper registration and released on $1,000 bond.

* Zachary Scott Brooks, 1464 Barnett Ridge Road, Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.

* Patience Nicole Baker, 108 Theis Ave., Marietta, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended license and released on $1,000 bond.

* Austin Levi Shears, 121 High St., Marietta, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance, expired registration and expired MVI and released on $2,000 bond.

* Amber Dawn Clark, 2437 Wellslock Road, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.

* Dylan Richard McDowell, 221 Wildwood Dr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and held on $25,000 bond.

* Hannah Elizabeth Knotts-Clark, 136 Franklin St., Marietta, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, bringing contraband into a jail and forgery and held on $53,000 bond.

* Levi Raymond Putnam, 426 Buck Run Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of possession of stolen property, burglary (two counts), breaking and entering (two counts), tampering with a vehicle, grand larceny and attempt to commit a felony and held on $80,000 bond.

* Vernon Edward Sprouse Jr., 914 Laverne St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (fentanyl) and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (meth) and held on $50,000 bond.

* Amanda Erin Vaughn, 1701 Dewey St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary waived on a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Jerrianne Krystal Myers, 1229171 East Belpre Pike Road, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 60 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. She was ordered to pay a $172.98 civil penalty to the Sheetz store on Seventh Street in Parkersburg.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Jan. 8:

* Raymond Michael Adkins, 2229 16th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.

* Martin Delane Gibson Jr., Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed.

* Tristan Lee Cumberledge, 1106 16th St., Parkersburg, had seven counts of threatening communication by electronic devices dismissed without prejudice.

* Lori Fay Fluharty, 1653 Winding Road, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to trespassing and fined $186.48.

* Gary Ray Combs, 810 55th St., Vienna, had a charge of assault dismissed.

* Joel Conrad Alontae Greer, 67 Myriah Dr., Martinsburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing and fined $186.48. A charge of public intoxication was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Spring Diane Thorn, 877 Dry Run Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to violating a personal safety order, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 15 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on six months of unsupervised probation.

* Spring D. Stoops, 877 Dry Run Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a power and duties, rules (Air Pollution) violation and having an open dump and fined $669.44. A charge of open burning was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Ryan Nicholas Cline, 2501 12th Ave., Vienna, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of third-offense shoplifting. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Autumn Lynn Nestor, 1324 Avery St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on six months of unsupervised probation. Another charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Diana Lynn Corbin, 808 Virginia Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. A charge of improper registration was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Daniel Ray Facemyre, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 20 days in jail with a credit of three days for time served. He was ordered to pay a $121.70 civil penalty to the Sheetz store on Seventh Street.

* William Thomas Cunningham, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to domestic battery, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 60 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.

* Kristen Erin Wilson, 1104 36th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to following too closely and fined $276.48. Charges of driving on a suspended license, having expired registration and having no insurance were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Kayla M. Leasure, 1018 24th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. Charges of having no proof of insurance, no registration and operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Noah Christopher Farnsworth, 1222 20th St. Apt. 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of gross child neglect creating substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury and released on $10,000 bond.

* David Jon Tibbs II, 173 Chateau Hills, Parkersburg, was arraigned on second-offense shoplifting, less than $500, trespassing, violating a personal safety order and obstructing and released on $1,500 bond.

* Ronald Wayne Byers, 506 Hawthorne St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.

* Carl Arnold Mace, 3301 Second Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of assault and released on $1,000 bond.

* Keith William Kesecker, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of third-offense domestic battery and held on $10,000 bond.

* Dazmen Green, 931 Oregon Ave., Akron, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of giving false information to the West Virginia State Police and released on $500 bond.

* Steven Mark Boise II, 2552 Elizabeth Pike, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of attempt to commit a felony and held on $10,000 bond.

* Hunter Levi Hamrick, 1318 Newberry Dr., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $186.48.

* Zachary Bryan Haber, 404 28th St. Apt. 2, Vienna, pleaded guilty to a traffic control signal violation and fined $181.48.

* William Michael Sims, 202 Mineral Way, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended operator’s license and having no proof of insurance and fined $652.96.

* Crystal Annette Eagerton, 120 Twin Oaks Blvd., Gaston, pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $181.48.

* Ashley Nicole Hedrick, 816 Grafton St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to operating a vehicle without registration and fined $186.48.
