Judge reviewing motions for possible new trial in Cupp case

PARKERSBURG – A Wood County Circuit Court judge is reviewing a motion for a new trial in a case where a woman was originally found guilty of second-degree murder, but a juror was believed to have personal connections to people involved in the case after the verdict was rendered. PARKERSBURG - A physician wanted in Monongalia County after a digital recording device found in a hospital restroom was linked to him was arrested Friday in Wood County, authorities said. Lance Parks, a physician who previously worked at J.W.
