Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on June 26:

* Kiger Allen Buffington, 2705 6th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having expired registration and an expired MVI sticker and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jerry Thomas Nickels, 1016 Cornwall St. Apt. 5, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Danielle Nicole Padfield, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County on a charge of failure to appear. Bond was set in Wood County Circuit Court.

* Edward Lamont Marvin Rodney Sipp Reed, 1245 1/2 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance (fentanyl) and held on a $50,000 surety bond.

* Gregory Allen Hutson Jr., 1010 Johnsons Run Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and having no insurance and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Haeley Dawn Rexroad, 6856 Pike St Apt 8, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Frank Loren Wilt, 1710 31st St. Apt #5, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of making threats of terrorist acts and released on $50,000 surety bond.

* Ronald Leonard Burke, 405B 13th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl) with intent to deliver and held on a $100,000 surety bond.

* Alexis Marie Slack, 1314 Glendale Road, Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting, less than $500, and released on $250 personal recognizance bond. She was also arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County on a charge of contempt for failure to appear. Bond was set in Wood County Circuit Court.

* Richard Matthew-Paris Harmon III, 11550 Sanford Ave., Detroit, Mich., was arraigned on a charge of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance (fentanyl) and held on a $100,000 surety bond.

* Danielle Nichole Padfield, 405B 13th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl) with intent to deliver and held on a $100,000 surety bond.

* Emily Dianne Mowery, 1209 Williams St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended license for DUI and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Eric M Tanner, 2612 Vaughan Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having expired registration and expired MVI sticker and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Caitlin Marie Stewart, 1618 Beaver St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no operator’s license and no seat belt and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Daniel Eugene Bivens III, 456 Pine St., Zanesville, Ohio, had a preliminary hearing waived for three counts of manufacture, delivery or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I, II or III controlled substance. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Cidney Ann Nichols, 2586 Buckner Bend Road, Walker, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth and conspiracy to manufacture, deliver, transport, possess 1kg of heroin, 5kg of cocaine and 100g of phencyclidine and 10g of lysergic acid. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Rafael Russell Delgado, 1111 Lynn St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of third-offense shoplifting. The case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Steven Edward Roberts, 2106 Sixth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and fined $25.

* Richard Wayne Duggan, 1806 1/2 Seventh Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding (10 mph) and fined $181.48. A charge of having expired motor vehicle registration was dismissed after proof was presented to the court.

* Abhijeet Sinah Baghel, 103 Parkview Drive Apt 103, Bridgeport, W.Va., pleaded guilty to speeding in a work zone and fined $226.48.
