PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports March 7:

* Shirley Lou Braddy, 59, P.O. Box 279, Davisille, pleaded guilty to no inspection and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

* Michael Kristopher Parsons, 26, 718 Tuttle St., Belpre, pleaded no contest to charges of driving with a suspended license and no insurance and was assessed $690.50 in court costs and fines.

* William Webster Sprague, 27, 540 College Parkway Apt. 108, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to speeding and driving without a license and was assessed $380.25 in court costs and fines.

* Tyler Dwayne Jenkins, 25, 808 Jackson Ave. Apt. 4, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to driving without a license and no proof of insurance and was assessed $560.50 in court costs and fines.

* An attempt to commit an offense charge was dismissed for Gurmel Lyman McDonald, 34, 1338 Lynn St., Parkersburg.

* Zachary Craig Huff, 29, 404 Lankford Road Apt. 3, Paris, TN, had a preliminary hearing waived for receiving or transporting stolen property and the case was bound over to circuit court.

* Joseph Steven Hutson Jr., 22, 1010 Johnson Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to the unlawful taking of a vehicle and was sentenced to jail for 38 days. A grand larceny charge was dismissed and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Shayla Kai Youngblood, 20, 2309 Covert St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to battery on a government employee and/or medical personnel and was sentenced to jail for 10 days, served. Charges of disorderly conduct and making false statements were dismissed and she was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Max Eugene Rowe II, 38, 1502 Cresent St. Apt. A, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a grand larceny charge.

* Isaac Preston Holdren, 26, 7641 Pike St. Lot 1C, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of falsely reporting and harassing phone calls and is being held on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Deborah Lee Spessard, 62, 902 W. Washington St., Hagerstown, Md., was arraigned on charges of an aggravated DUI, obstruction and driving left of center and was released on a $4,000 surety bond.

* Brittany Jo Ferrell, 36, 1331 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on an obstruction charge and is being held on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Robert Jams McFee, 44, 1331 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on an obstruction charge and is being held on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Byron Brent Meeks, 45, 1507 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no insurance, registration violation, driving with a suspended license and inspection violation and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jon Misha Thomas, 33, 2309 Belmont Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing in an investigation and is being held on a $500 surety bond.

* Joshua Lee Athey, 37, no address, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and was released on a $25,000 surety bond.

* Emily B. Archer, 40, 2003 Lockhart Fork Road, Sandyville was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Brian Scott Hornbeck, 30, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and is being held on a $500 surety bond.

* Janie Marie Ross, 24, 1210 Lockwood St., Apt. B, Belpre, was arraigned on charges of defective equipment, driving without a license and no insurance and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Rebeca Sue Hale, 62, 2317 Broad St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of battery of a healthcare official and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Joseph Scott Flanagan, 21, 1711 9th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving impaired and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Clyde Michael Willis III, 24, 762 Forest Way, Waverly, was arraigned on a burglary charge and is being held on a $25,000 surety bond.

* Colby Allen Ruddlesden, 20, 4915 4th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a revoked license, leaving the scene of an accident and no insurance and was released on a $5,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Kaylee Dawn Williams, 19, 107 Post Mill Way Apt. 306, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Daniel Elijah Sloane, 29, 9456 North Alma Ave., Portland, OR, was arraigned on charges of destruction of property and obstructing an officer and is being held on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Anna Jane Plauche, 28, 1308 St. Marys Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and a one way violation and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jessica Elizabeth Stark-Ornagunloye, 60, 1017 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of assault of a police officer, disorderly conduct and obstruction and is being held on a $5,000 surety bond.
