PARKERSBURG — The following cases were released by Wood County Magistrate Court on Dec. 2:
* Richard Allen Davis II, 1316 Market St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering (two counts) and burglary. Bond was set at $200,000 surety.
* David Lee Phillips, 921 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of possession with intent to deliver and held on $300,000 surety bond.
* Terry Lee Williams, Walker, was arraigned on charges of violation of a protective order and non-consensual disclosure of private intimate images and released on a $1,500 surety bond.
* Angelo Garcia, 545 Marrtown Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance (meth and marijuana) and released on a $1,000 surety bond.
* Justin M. Kerwood, 45 Simmons Cove Road, Vincent, was arraigned on a charge of expired registration and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Ashley Nikole Knight, 155 Dickens Drive #15, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and having no insurance and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Charles Grant Lawhead, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication and indecent exposure and released on a $600 surety bond.
* Auston Gaige Crouch, 1815 Spring St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of improper display and having no proof of insurance and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Jeffrey Allen Harbison Jr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and fleeing on foot and held on a $1,000 surety bond.
* Vickie Marie Thompson, 530 Eighth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of petit larceny, public intoxication and indecent exposure and released on a $600 surety bond.
* Adel S. Shuhait, 1505 Grand Central Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of reckless driving and possession of a controlled substance and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Jeffery Shane Hutson, 124 Aqua Circle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Kaite Jean Gibson, Red Hill Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of child abuse creating risk of injury and released on a $500 bond.
* John Mark Muertter, 7641 Pike St., Lot 20, Apt. D, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender and released on a $5,000 surety bond.
* Randall Andrew Beatty, 804 Red Hill Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving on a suspended license, having no insurance, speeding and driving on a suspended license (miscellaneous) and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Chaz Joseph Richards, 1921 Nash St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of a domestic violence protection order violation and released on a $10,000 surety bond.
* Sarah Beth Wright, 616 33rd St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of transporting alcohol, implement of escape, dangerous material, weapon, drugs into a correction facility. The case was sent to the Wood County Circuit Court. Wright also pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, which was ruled as time served. She also pleaded guilty to public intoxication and fined $181.48. A charge of being a pedestrian walking along the wrong side of a highway was dismissed, per a plea agreement. She also pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, which was suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. She was ordered to pay a $398 civil penalty to the Tractor Supply store on Terra Lane in Parkersburg.
* Justin Michael McPherson, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery; battery of government representatives, health care providers, utility workers, law enforcement or EMS; fined $362.96; and placed on 60 days of home confinement. Charges of obstruction and battery of government representatives, health care providers, utility workers, law enforcement or EMS were dismissed, per a plea agreement. He also pleaded guilty to violating a protective order, fined $176.48 and placed on 30 days of home confinement with a credit of 27 days for time served. A charge of obstruction with threats of harm was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Beverly Eileene Minear, 245 Cedar Lane, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to having an expired operator’s license and fined $201.48.
*James Edward Yoho Jr., 405 Park Ave., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $206.48.
* Dean Martin Horton, 1697 Pleasant Home Ridge Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to having no registration and fined $186.48.
* Wesley W. Pratt, 466 Cross Road, Belpre, pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $201.48.
