PARKERSBURG – Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Nov. 7:
* Emma Michelle Longwell, 308 Dempsie Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on obstruction and shoplifting charges and released on $1,500 bond.
* Jonathan Hart Mayweather, 27131 Zeman Ave., Euclid, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of possession with intent to deliver. Bond was set at $200,000.
* Cullen Cobalt King, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and released on $3,000 bond.
* Elijah Wesley Perine, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and released on $3,000 bond.
* Torie Melissa Clegg, 1900 38th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on an obstruction charge and released on $1,5000 bond.
* Gerald Christopher Piggott, 1307 E. Poplar St., No. 4, Davisville, was arraigned on charges of driving under suspension and improper registration and released on $1,000 bond.
* Kody Richard Kovaleski, 13388 Staunton Turnpike, Walker, was arraigned on charges of fleeing in vehicle, obstructing DNR and driving under suspension and released on $1,000 bond.
* Dale Edward Jones, 226 Fox Heaven Drive, Vincent, was arraigned on a grand larceny charge and released on $5,000 bond.
* Nicholas Alden Homer, 109 Oakland Place, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of contributing to the delinquency of a child and released on $2,500 bond.
* Anthony Dale McBride, 27830 State Route 7, Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl) with intent to deliver. Bond was set at $50,000.
* Richard Curtis Martin, homeless, was arraigned on two counts of obstruction and one count of possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $3,000.
* Mark Richard Robinson, 4407 11th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and second-offense driving under suspension and assessed $462.96.
* Jessica Lynn Perry, 4276 Chevaud De Frise Road, Harrisville, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48.
* Kevin Jack Phillips, 40 Ross Road, Lot 21, Waverly, pleaded no contest to seat belt violation and assessed $25.
* Joshua Shawn Cayton, 496 Walker Lane, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of transporting alcohol, implement of escape, dangerous material, weapon or drugs to a correctional facility. The case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Scotty Joseph Byers, 35 Meadowbrook Acres, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to two counts of violation of a personal safety order, assessed $426.48 and sentenced to 45 days in jail ruled as time served.
* Majed Abdullah Maliki, 3311 Spruce St., Parkersburg, had a charge of violation of a protective order dismissed.
* Alphonso Lesean Johnson, 2821 Emerson Ave., Apt. 30, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of wanton endangerment involving a firearm.
* Zachary Michael Brown, 821 25th St., Vienna, had an expired registration charge dismissed.
* James Paul Smith Jr., Washington, had a domestic battery charge dismissed without prejudice as the victim did not want to prosecute.
* Robert Hugh Staats, Parkersburg, had a charge of violation of a protective order dismissed without prejudice as neither the officer nor victim appeared for a bench trial.
* Nichole Michelle Mollohan, 501 32nd St., Lot A5, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and assessed $276.48.
* James Paul Smith Jr., 2212 36th St., Apt. 16, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to open container and improper stopping and assessed $412.96.
* Larry Wayne Cross, 1429 Old River Road, Williamstown, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference.
* Michael L. Duncan, 630 Liberty St., Apt. B, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense driving under suspension and assessed $276.48.
* James Lee Allman, 705 Hall St., Parkersburg, had charges of obstruction with threats of harm and impersonation of a law enforcement officer or official dismissed as the state was not interested in pursuing the case.
* Jesse Scott Books, 802 Seventh St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespass on condemned structure and assessed $226.48.
* Larry Michael Snider, 39 Stump Drive, Sutton, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, assessed $276.48 and sentenced to 90 days jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation while attending outpatient treatment.
* Angelia Jo Jenkins, 6856 Pike St., Apt. 5, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and assessed $231.48 with a $145.48 civil penalty to Vienna Walmart.
* Christopher Jay Richards, 513 Dean St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny, assessed $211.48 and sentenced to 60 days in jail, suspended for one year unsupervised probation. A public intoxication charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Amy Kristina Hardman, 5107 Orchard Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and assessed $201.48 with a $274.96 civil penalty to Vienna Walmart.
* Justin Michael McPherson, had a charge of violation of a protective order dismissed without prejudice as the alleged victim did not want to pursue.
* Joshua Steven Wherry, 4218 Sams Creek Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and assessed $276.48.
* Zachary Michael Brown, 821 25th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to improper passing and assessed $226.48.
* Michael Lee Salser, 92 Highland Lake Circle, Washington, pleaded no contest to expired registration and assessed $191.48.
* Destiny Spirit Lott-Berry, 704 Lilly Lane, Parkersburg, had two counts of possession of a controlled substance dismissed after successful completion of a diversion agreement.
