PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Nov. 6:
* Gary C. Combs, 125 Granite Drive, Stanley, Va., was arraigned on charges of public intoxication, trespassing, open container and refusal to leave. Bond was set at $500.
* Dominick Vincent Beachboard, 490 Dewey Ridge Road, Walker, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and contributing to the delinquency of a minor and released on $1,000 bond.
* Lisa Ball, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and released on $1,000 bond.
* Tina Louise Bankhead, 1506 Ramsey St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two charges of possession with intent to deliver (methamphetamine, crack cocaine). Bond was set at $250,000.
* Griffen Isaac Eastwood, Marietta, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and destruction of property and released on $1,000 bond.
* Savanna Kaylee Henry, 6001 ½ Emerson Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $211.48. Charges of no proof of insurance and registration violation were dismissed.
* Gaylon Cox, Parkersburg, had a domestic battery charge dismissed without prejudice as the alleged victim did not wish to pursue.
* Michael W. Leftridge, 123 Whippoorwill Ridge Road, Waverly, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed as the state did not wish to pursue.
* Caitlyn Denee Tallman, 510 Nicely Place, Apt. 1, Parkersburg, had a charge of trespassing placarded structure dismissed.
* Shawn Michael Rackley, 134 Dempsie Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of person prohibited from possessing firearms and manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. The cases were transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Zachary P. Schoolcraft, 10 Edgewood Drive, Vienna, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid license and assessed $186.48.
* Joshua Adam Devere, 425 Juliana St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for receiving or transferring stolen vehicle. The case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Caden Ray O’Donnell, 82 Woodcliff Drive, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and no insurance and assessed $662.96. A registration violation charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Aurelius A. Edmonds, 1614 Race St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and no insurance and assessed $652.96.
* Cole Michael Murray, 118 Greenbrier Lane, Davisville, had a no insurance charge dismissed after providing proof of insurance.
* Gregory Allen Hutson Jr., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense domestic assault or domestic battery, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to 30 days jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation.
* Jennifer Michelle Longwell, 3 Worthington Lane, Apt. 9, Parkersburg, had a driving under suspension charge dismissed after obtaining a valid driver’s license. A charge of obstruction by threats of harm was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Heather Dawn Carter, 9555 S. Calhoun Highway, Millstone, W.Va., pleaded guilty to embezzlement, assessed $314.60 and sentenced to 60 days jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation.
* Nikki Lee Vanfossen, 1988 Buckner Bend Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting and assessed $276.48, with a $152.64 civil penalty to Dollar General.
* Virginia Rose Morrison, 4108 13th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and assessed $276.48. Two counts of battery of government representatives, health care providers, utility workers, law enforcement and EMS were dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Marcus Christopher Haile, 1529 18th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to inspection violation and assessed $181.48. An expired registration charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.
