PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Oct. 27:
* Joshua Adam Devere, 425 Juliana St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of transferring/receiving a stolen vehicle and bond was set at $10,000.
* Blaine Maxon Mackey III, Waverly, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and bond was set at $1,500.
* Eric Leon Parkins, 1900 Stevens St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on an obstruction charge and bond was set at $500.
* William Patrick Huft, Belleville, was arraigned on charges of child neglect (causing injury) and child neglect (gross neglect) and bond was set at $35,000.
* Michael Levi Gainer, 1204 28th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a second-offense driving while revoked charge and bond was set at $1,500.
* Noel Melody Sullivan, 14 Kings Row Court, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a malicious wounding charge and bond was set at $100,000.
* James Michael Ashwell, 1414 Hazel St., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on an obstruction charge and bond was set at $500.
* Jerry Wayne Seabolt, 4516 Cypress St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a third-offense DUI charge and bond was set at $3,000.
* Cody Lee Smith, 2202 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a battery charge and released on $1,000 bond.
* Harley D. Davidson, 26750 Rock Run Road, Coolville, was arraigned on charges of no seatbelt and no insurance and released on $1,000 bond.
* Joshua Junior Wiley, 6607 Price Branch Road, Danville, W.Va., was arraigned on a second-offense shoplifting charge and released on $500 bond.
* Joshua Steven Miller, 508 Roselynne Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance and released on $2,000 bond.
* Jayden Scott Madden-Vickers, Caledonia, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of driving under suspension and no insurance and released on $500 bond.
* Koda Cheyenne Cox, Marietta, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting, possession of a controlled substance and two counts of child neglect creating risk of injury and released on $3,000 bond.
* Burl Dwight Oneal Waggoner, 266 Burnthouse Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and bond was set at $1,000.
* Tanner Michael Sargent, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic assault and destruction of property and released on $1,500 bond.
* Kara Lee Haynes, Belpre, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and released on $1,000 bond.
* Joshua Reid Wagoner, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and released on $1,500 bond.
* Morgan Nicole Mullen, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and unlawful restraint and released on $1,500 bond.
* Courtney Brooke Ferry, 2006 Karl Drive, Apt. 404, Warner Robins, Ga., was arraigned on charges of driving while impaired and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and released on $2,500 bond.
* Kristina Marie Stephens, 905 19th St., Vienna, pleaded no contest to speeding and assessed $181.48.
* Paul Thomas Bean Jr., 1058 River Hill Road, Apt. 4, Washington, pleaded no contest to expired registration and assessed $186.48.
* Rachael Lynn Henthorn, 707 Sixth St., St. Marys, pleaded guilty to expired operator’s and registration violation and assessed $367.96.
* Joseph Al Roberts, 363 Marshall Circle, Elizabeth, pleaded no contest to violate vehicle law on Wildlife Management Area and assessed $196.48.
* David Alexander Bunch, 646 Liberty St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a third-offense shoplifting charge and the case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Oct. 28:
* Robert P. Tate, 1582 Congress Road, Belpre, had a battery charge dismissed as the victim did not want to prosecute. A petit larceny charge was dismissed as the case was eight years old, video evidence was never provided and the state did not want to proceed.
* McKenzie Grace Omeara, 348 Wyoming St., Pittsburgh, Pa., was arraigned on a charge of wanton endangerment involving a firearm and released on $3,000 bond.
* Butch Lee Tanner, no address provided, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting, less than $500, and released on $250 bond.
* Joseph Oliver Beaumier, 14 North Ritchie Ave., Apt. 8, Ravenswood, was arraigned on charges of second-offense shoplifting less than $500 and trespassing in a structure or conveyance and released on $500 bond.
* Amber Nicole Mackey, 3516 Winding Road, Waverly, was arraigned on three counts each of interference with members of DPS and obstructing and released on $500 bond.
* James Wesley Varner, 40 Marie Lane, Washington, was arraigned on a charge of transferring/receiving stolen property and released on $1,500 bond.
* Scott Michael Gough, 161 Huber Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a third-offense charge of driving under suspension and released on $500 bond.
* Parrish T. Forty, 1811 Liberty St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to seat belt violation and assessed $25.
* Rebecca Rae Baker, 650 13th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and assessed $201.48 with a $50 civil penalty to Sheetz on Ann Street. Baker also pleaded guilty to trespassing on property other than structure or conveyance and assessed $276.48.
* Bryan Anthony Merritt, Waverly, had a domestic assault charge dismissed.
* River Dalton Scott Blankenship, Bomont, W.Va., had a domestic battery charge dismissed without prejudice under the 120 day rule.
* Jessica Dawn Harris, 1015 18th St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on two counts of transporting alcohol, implements of escape, dangerous material, weapon or drugs to a correctional facility and the case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Jeffrey H. Shock, 3472 Cadillac Drive, Parkersburg, had a fleeing in a vehicle charge dismissed under a plea agreement. He pleaded guilty to obstruction while boating and assessed $276.48.
* Payton Anthony Hunt, 76 Long Run Road, Waverly, had a preliminary hearing waived on two counts of fleeing with indifference to the safety of others and the case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Julio Cobo Sanchez, 59 Hickory St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to DUI, was assessed $351.48 and sentenced to six days jail, time served. A charge of driving without a valid driver’s license was dismissed under a plea agreement.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were released by Wood County Magistrate Court on Oct. 29:
* David Shane Lynch, 1240 Smith Road, Columbus, had probable cause found on a charge of fleeing from law enforcement officers in a vehicle showing reckless indifference to others and being a prohibited person in possession of firearms. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Jacob Allen Thomas, 103 Walnut St., Waverly, had charges of strangulation and burglary dismissed after the complaining witness did not appear in court.
* Keyshawn Darnelle Myles Gates, 1313 Louisiana Ave., Akron, had a charge of strangulation dismissed after the alleged victim did not appear.
* Brittany Jo Ferrell, 618 Reed St., Apt. 6, Parkersburg, had four counts of violating a protective order dismissed without prejudice.
* Joseph Nathaniel Swope, Parkersburg, had a charge of grand larceny dismissed without prejudice.
* Gurmel Lyman McDonald, 1341 Lynn St., Apt. 1A, Parkerburg, had a charge of malicious or unlawful assault dismissed after being indicted on the charge in Wood County Circuit Court.
* Austin Dale Douthitt, 320 Greenbrier Circle, Marietta, had charges of disorderly conduct, public intoxication and trespassing dismissed as part of a successful deferred sentence agreement.
* Richard Allen Tucker Jr., Parkerburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed.
* Lee Kendall Mullins, 1424 Rector Road, Parkersburg, had a charge of petit larceny dismissed with prejudice.
* Michael Shane George, 1637 Jesterville Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of public intoxication and fined $181.48. He had a charge of battery dismissed.
* Dakota Ski Acores, 2007 Gandee Court, Apt. C, Belpre, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and fined $276.48.
* Robert Allen Backus, 313 Kanawha Way, Elizabeth, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and having no proof of insurance and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.
* Gary Thomas Hall, 480 Egypt Run Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on a $1,000 surety bond.
* Blaine Maxon Mackey, 3516 Winding Road, Waverly, was arraigned on three counts of interference with officers and three counts of obstruction and released on a $1,200 personal recognizance bond.
* Douglas Lee Landers 326 Kenna Dr., South Charleston, was arraigned on a charge of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference and released on a $25,000 surety bond.
* Trystan Randy Burrows, 100 Keith St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fleeing from an officer and released on a $3,000 surety bond.
* Dale Roger Thorn, 893 Dry Run Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of third offense driving on a suspended license, obstruction and having no proof of insurance and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.
* Kendall Sue Tucker, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $2,500 surety bond.
* Michael Devon Ramsey, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery (warrant) and released on a $3,000 surety bond.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were released by Wood County Magistrate Court on Oct. 30:
* Robert Paul Bostic, 505 Gallaher St. St. Marys, pleaded guilty to speeding, 90 mph in a 55 mph zone, and fined $196.48.
* Christina Lynne Williams, 118 Victory St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. She had charges of having no proof of insurance, improper registration, expired registration, littering from a vehicle and operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate (two counts) dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Corey Frank Bonar, 447 Rains Road, Belleville, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of third-offense DUI. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Anthony Eugene Dorset, 1200 11th Ave., Apt. 16, Vienna, pleaded guilty to DUI causing bodily injury, fined $471.48 and placed on one year of home confinement. Charges of having no operator’s license and DUI, under 21 with a BAC of .02 or more, less than .08, were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Timothy Joel Dotson, 2412 Covert St., #14, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to battery of government representatives, health care providers, utility workers, law enforcement or EMS, fined $201.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He had charges of obstruction with threats of harm and battery of government representatives, health care providers, utility workers, law enforcement or EMS dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Evangeline Renae Schaffer, 609 Society Hill Road, Mineral Wells, had a charge of having an expired motor vehicle registration dismissed after providing new documentation to the court.
* Lindsey Mae Buzzard, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed after the alleged victim did not wish to pursue.
* Thomas Edward Carpenter, 2314 Lynn St., Parkersburg, had charges of third-offense driving on a suspended license and having no insurance dismissed.
* Kevin Wayne Conley, 1625½ Latrobe St., Parkersburg, had a charge of violating a protective order dismissed without prejudice.
* Dillion Lee Broyles, 50 John Hall Dr., Craigsville, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting, less than $500. and released on a $250 personal recognizance bond.
* Shawn Michael Rackley, 134 Dempsie Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession with intent to deliver (Fentanyl) and being a prohibited person possessing a firearm and held on $150,000 surety bond.
* Zachary Scott Shaw, 234 Jordan Landing Dr., Point Pleasant, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and held on a $150,000 surety bond.
* Jonathon Robert Cagle, 8 Willis St., Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and a violation of domestic violence bond conditions and held on $2,000 surety bond to await court action.
* Aaron Michael Wagner, 44 Meadowview Circle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Emma Noel Hurd, 449 Sheridan St., Zanesville, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $228.48.
* Jennifer Louise Wood, 104 9th St., Rainelle, W.Va., pleaded guilty to improper cell phone use and fined $276.48.

* Kerry Wayne Armstrong, 906 30th St., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and fined $25. A charge of having expired motor vehicle registration was dismissed after he provided proof of a new registration.
* Michelle Lynn Maze, 3704 Sixth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of having no insurance and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Travis Clay Cox, 280 Summit Dr., Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of grand larceny and held on a $25,000 surety bond.
* Lilly Jean Bruce, 1248 Beach Grove Road, Cottageville, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Chance Scheider, 1341½ Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license, having no insurance and having expired registration and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.
* Joshua Allen Chipps, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of petit larceny, fleeing on foot, obstruction, domestic battery, unlawful restraint and non-consensual disclosure of private intimate images and held on a $9,000 surety bond.
* Ashley Erin Roton, 588 Burnthouse Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference and held on a $25,000 surety bond.
* Zackary Hart McDonald, 800 29th St., Vienna, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* David Bryan Shuman, 1006 Swann St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge to commit a felony (burglary). The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Daryl Dwayne Scott Jr., 1004 Lake Run Circle, had a charge of having no insurance dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Michael Levi Gainer, 1204 28th. St., Vienna, pleaded no contest to second-offense driving on a revoked license for DUI, fined $1176.48 and sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.
*Jacob Allen Stewart, 30359 Trouble Creek Road, Portland, Ohio, pleaded guilty to battery, fined $176.48 and sentenced to one year in jail which was suspended and he was placed on two years of unsupervised probation.
