PARKERSBURG – Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Oct. 24:
* Steven Wayne Brogle, 107 Charleston Drive, Ripley, was arraigned on two counts of second-offense shoplifting. Bond was set at $2,000.
* April L. Dennis, 200 Ash St., Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of child restraint violation, expired motor vehicle inspection, expired registration and no insurance and released on $2,000 bond.
* Emmy S. Flowers, 1910 Liberty St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving under suspension, expired registration, no seat belt and no insurance and released on $2,000 bond.
* Rebekah Rae Baker, homeless, was arraigned on a trespassing charge. Bond was set at $100.
* Glendon James Withrow, Belleville, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and domestic assault and released on $1,000 bond.
* Janie Nicole Smith, 695 Cedar Grove Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding in school zone and assessed $276.48.
* Bobby Lee Smith, 144 Poplar St., Lost Creek, W.Va., pleaded no contest to expired registration and assessed $181.48.
* Chelsea Marie Stephens, 862 Tuckers Creek Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to speeding in a work zone and assessed $186.48. Stephens pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48.
* Tasha Jo Wigal, 1220 Pleasants Home Ridge Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $186.48.
* John Jacob Matthews, 2515 Broadway Ext., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fleeing, assessed $382.96 with a $92 civil penalty to Vienna Walmart and sentenced to 60 days jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation.
* Rex Franklin Hutson Jr., 615 17th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and disorderly conduct, assessed $402.96 and sentenced to 30 days jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation. Charges of obstruction and possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription were dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Ashley Junelle Rollyson, 1002 East 12th St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. The case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Hunter Levi-Marshall Prall, Parkersburg, had a strangulation charge dismissed without prejudice as the alleged victim failed to appear.
