Washington County Grand Jury indicts 20

MARIETTA — The Washington County Grand Jury announced the indictments of 20 individuals Wednesday.
The individuals include:
* Paula Marie Bailey, 42, Marietta, was indicted for robbery, a second-degree felony, disrupting public services, a fourth-degree felony, theft, a fifth-degree felony, and domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor, from Oct. 14.
* Natalie Ann Benton, 40, 104 Gregg St., Marietta, was indicted for possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony, obstructing official business, a second-degree misdemeanor, and four counts of disrupting public services, all fourth-degree felonies, from Oct. 30.
* Scott Allen Johnson, 50, was indicted for aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony, kidnapping, a first-degree felony, domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor, and two counts of aggravated menacing, both first-degree misdemeanors, from Nov. 16.
* Isaiah Thomas Hinson, 19, 224 West Union St., Athens, was indicted for grand theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony, tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony, and aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from Nov. 21. Hinson was also indicted, in a separate case, for vandalism, a fifth-degree felony, from Nov. 26.
* Ashley Brook Faddis, 35, 1930 Plantsville Road, Chesterhill, was indicted for theft from a person in a protected class, a fourth-degree felony, from July 29.
* Co-defendants Joseph David Knutson, 38, 430 Douglass Ave., Marietta, and Jean Grainger Baldridge, 47, 20549 State Route 26, Wingett Run, were both indicted on separate counts. Knutson was indicted for felonious assault, a second-degree felony, assault, a first-degree misdemeanor, aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony, and robbery, a second-degree felony, from August 2024. Knutson’s indictment also listed a repeat violent offender specification for assault from August 2016 in Kitsip County, Wash. Baldridge was indicted for two counts of complicity in the commission of an offense, a first-degree felony and a second-degree felony, and two counts of grand theft of a motor vehicle, both fourth-degree felonies, from August 2024.
* Courtney Taylor Smith, 34, 607 Cherry Ave., Apt. A, Williamstown, was indicted for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and petty theft, a first-degree misdemeanor, from May 15.
* Stacy Ann Holter, 50, 865 Leith Run Road, was indicted for aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony, from May 15.
* Co-defendants Justin Darrell Mullins, 38, 1654 Amy Drive, Conover, N.C., and Joanie Brittany Wagner, 28, 19 Snow Hill Drive, Dobson, N.C., were both indicted for aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony, from Sept. 21.
* Savannah Kaylee Henry, 32, 1116 Fourth St., Belpre, was indicted for aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony, from Aug. 24.
* Jerry Lee Russell, 44, 191 Donahoe Lane, Needmore, Ohio, was indicted for having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony, operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them, a fourth-degree felony, receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony, and driving under suspension or in violation of license restriction, a first-degree misdemeanor, from Nov. 23. The indictment also listed a specification for forfeiture of a weapon.
* Brendan Jamal Whiteford, 31, 540 Main St., Apt. B, Waterford, was indicted for aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony, tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, two counts of attempting to commit an offense, both first-degree felonies, and two counts of felonious assault, both second-degree felonies, from Nov. 30.
* April Lynn Kirk, 47, 3648 Davis Stuard Road, Apt. 26, Lewisburg, W.Va., was indicted for possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony, from June 27.
* Stanley Edward Bowers Jr., 47, 1954 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was indicted for having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony, from November 2024.
* Pauline Renee McCoy, 41, homeless, was indicted for intimidation of an attorney, victim or witness in a criminal case, a third-degree felony, and two counts of felonious assault, both second-degree felonies, from Oct. 16.
* Brandon Alexander Olah, 41, 13743 State Route 550, Fleming, was indicted for making terroristic threat, third-degree felony, from Sept. 6.
* Charles Allen John Roberts, 23, Whipple, was indicted for burglary, a second-degree felony, domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor, using weapons while intoxicated, a first-degree misdemeanor, two counts of kidnapping, both second-degree felonies, and three counts of aggravated menacing, all first-degree misdemeanors, from Nov. 30.
* Thomas Marvin Tanner, 60, 817 Grandview Ave., New Matamoras, was indicted for aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony, and aggravated trafficking in drugs, a second-degree felony, from Nov. 26.
