PARKERSBURG – Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Sept. 10:

* Jason Lee Allman, 705 Hall St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and impersonating law enforcement and released on a $1,500 bond.

* Katherine Kelly-Louise Williams, 2113 45th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on five counts of possession of a counterfeit unauthorized access device and bond was set at $5,000.

* Alisha Leeann Cobb, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and released on $1,000 bond.

* Sarah Jean Inman, 70 E. Wildwood Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of speeding more than 15 mph over in a school zone and released on $500 bond.

* Jason Lamont Wade, North Central Regional Jail, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense battery of an officer. Bond was set at $100,000.

* Jada T. Snider, 2747 Lost Pavement Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on an expired inspection charge and released on $100 bond.

* Amy Lee Cicoff, 6374 Jericho Road, Point Pleasant, pleaded guilty to expired registration and assessed $276.48.

* Gary Tillman Williams Jr., 13 Parkersburg Ave., Belpre, pleaded no contest to speeding in a school zone and assessed $276.48.

* Dustyn Lee Allen, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $186.48. A no insurance charge was dismissed.

* Brandon Newell Robinson, 441 Springdale Ave., Wheeling, pleaded guilty to speeding in a construction zone and assessed $196.48.

* Matthew I. McClanahan, 3502 Grand Central Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to underage sale and assessed $201.48.

* Jessica Davis, 260 Turkey Hollow Road, Cutler, pleaded guilty to sell, furnish or give beer to someone under 21 years and assessed $201.48.

* Jackie E. Conner, 186 Hemlock St., Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to sell, furnish or give beer to someone under 21 years and assessed $201.48.

* Allen Marshall Lott, 149 Bob O Link Circle, Davisville, pleaded guilty to first-offense shoplifting, was assessed $201.48 and ordered to pay a $181.82 civil penalty to Parkersburg Walmart.

* Kaytlynn Nichole Banks, 1000 Kemper St., Apt. 11, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing and assessed $181.48.

* Julie Shay Doniff, 2613 Broad St., Parkersburg, had an expired registration charge dismissed after showing proof she no longer owned the vehicle.

* Bryson James Boey, 141 Kirkhope Drive, Pickerington, Ohio, had two counts of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Andrew David Calebaugh, 184 Logan Lane, Parkersburg, had a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Mason Riley Moyer, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of gross neglect of child creating substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury, and the case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Jessica Nichole Wade, 196 Chateau Hills Court, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and expired registration and assessed $457.96. Charges of no inspection and no proof of insurance were dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Travis Lee Hudnall, 1101 Paint Creek Road, Hansford, W.Va., pleaded guilty to petit larceny, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to 30 days jail with credit for six days served. A charge of breaking and entering a non-residence was dismissed under a plea agreement. He pleaded guilty to shoplifting, assessed $201.48 and ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to Survival Ridge Trading Post. He pleaded guilty to obstruction, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to time served of 10 hours in jail.
