PARKERSBURG — The following cases were released by Wood County Magistrate Court on Sept. 9:
* Tammara Kay Briggs, 1586 South Pleasant Hill Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to having an animal after being convicted for animal cruelty and fined $386.48. She had another charge of having an animal after being convicted for animal cruelty dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Chad Allen Wilkinson, 455 Spring Valley Way, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to having no operator’s license, operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48. Charges of having expired vehicle registration and failure to maintain motor vehicle insurance were dismissed.
* Levi William Barker, c/o 2424 Valley Road Apt. 4, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 60 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation with a credit of 10 days for time served. He also pleaded guilty to fleeing from law enforcement, obstruction with threats of harm, fined $402.96 and sentenced to 10 days in jail which was ruled as time served. He had a charge of retaliation against a public employee dismissed.
* Daniel Jackson Lemasters, 817 Quincy St. Apt. A, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and obstruction with threats of harm and fined $457.96. A charge of misuse of an emergency number was dismissed.
* Annette Nichole Howe, Calhoun, Ga., had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice.
* Carlee Dawn Parsons, 512 Pike St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.
* Chey-Anne Nichole Selmon, 716 Orchard Dr., Ravenswood, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on six months of unsupervised probation.
* Nicola D. Burgio-Ferrara, 2308 Oakdale Ave., South Charleston, had a charge of no insurance dismissed.
* Brown Willard Salyers, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, fined $176.48 and sentenced to seven days in jail which was ruled as time served.
* Joshua Dwayne Owens, Waverly, had charges of domestic battery and unlawful restraint dismissed without prejudice.
* Eric Guy Nelson, homeless, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance, fined $206.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with a credit of 13 days for time served.
* Cole Michael Murray, 118 Greenbrier Lane, Davisville, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of fleeing from law enforcement in a vehicle with reckless indifference to others. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Mason Riley Moyer, 915 Center St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of gross child neglect creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Eric M. Tanner, 2612 Vaughan Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $186.48. A charge of expired registration was dismissed per a plea agreement.
*Logan Michael Hinzman, 624 31st. St. Parkersburg, had a charge of violating a personal protection order dismissed without prejudice. The charges will be refiled under the correct code.
* Jason M. Marchuk, 610 Elder St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of expired MVI and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* David Jon Tibbs II, 177 Chateau Hills Court, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no insurance and having no registration and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Charles Allan Lowe, 308 Richmond St. Unit 1, Huntington, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Joseph Duane Britton, 1100 Oak St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer and possession of fishing paraphernalia without a license and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Nathanieal Page Pittman, 319 Ranis Road, Belleville, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and assault of a police officer and bond was set at $2,500 surety.
* Ronald Todd Grimm, 4107 Ninth Ave. Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violating a domestic violence protection order and released on a $1,000 surety bond.
* Jordan L. Swiger, 1515 Ridgeway Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having alcohol on an access site and fined $196.48.
* Jesus Antonio Hernandez-Galindo, 14602 Green Birch Drive, Pineville, N.C., pleaded guilty to having defective equipment and having a permit violation and fined $382.96.
* Chase W. Hutson, 916 Lakeview Dr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and bond was set at $50,000 cash.
* Michael N. Deem, 29766 Bowman Road, Coolville, was arraigned on a charge of crashes involving death and released on a $3,000 surety bond.
* Kendra Janelle Barber, 916 East 12th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and driving on a suspended license and released on a $4,000 surety bond.
* Donna Rae Mills, 2319 Oak St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of speeding in a school zone and was released on a $100 personal recognizance bond.
* Megan A. Treadway, 120 Electric Ave., Belleville, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and second-offense driving on a suspended license and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Stephen J. Matthews, 1203 39th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having expired registration and having no MVI and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Thomas Gale Little Jr., 1407 Station Dr., St. Marys, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense shoplifting and bond was set at $3,000 surety.
* Timothy Wayne Shears, 1443 Wolf Run Road, Rockport, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a revoked license for DUI and released on a $1,000 bond.
* Austin James Parker, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and an affidavit alleging violation of bond condition and bond was set at $2,500 surety.
* Anthony C. Angerame, 2106 Dudley Ave., Parkersburg, had charges of operating a vehicle without registration and no MVI dismissed as part of a successful deferred sentence agreement.
* Richard Gene Ballengee, 424 Farrow Hill Road, Davisville, pleaded guilty to trespassing and fined $186.48.
* Tyler Cheyenne Peyton, c/o 190 Peyton Branch Road, Branchland, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed following a successful treatment period.
* Mellany Lucille Morgan, Belleville, had a charge of second-offense domestic assault dismissed without prejudice as the alleged victim did not wish to pursue.
* Chad Eric Bosley, 507 Camden Ave., Parkerburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.
* David Eugene Bostaph, 153 Dickens Dr., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to speeding (95 mph in a 55 mph zone) and fined $216.48. A charge of reckless driving was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Olivia D. Kirchberg, 8074 West Virginia Highway 47, Coxs Mills, W.Va., pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting and fined $276.48. She was ordered to pay a $77.16 civil penalty to Walmart. She had a charge of obstruction with threats of harm dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Timothy Jon Knotts, 2807 17th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to failure to maintain control of a vehicle and fined $191.48. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Nancee M. Cahill-Barney, 5865 Walker Road, Walker, had charges of having no registration and no proof of insurance dismissed after providing proof to the court. The car no longer runs and the state does not wish to pursue.
* Jessica Nichole Wade, 196 Chateau Hills Court, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and having expired registration and fined $457.96. Charges of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and having no proof of insurance were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Stormy Grace Wigal, 2599 Meadowview Dr., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having expired motor vehicle registration and fined $181.48. She also pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. A charge of failure to maintain motor vehicle insurance was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Tasha Jo Jenkins, 501 Reed St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $201.48. She was ordered to pay a $598 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna. Two counts of shoplifting were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Cody Richard Cale, 1554 Rock Run Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. He had charges of having no insurance and operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate dismissed, per a plea agreement. He also pleaded guilty to having expired registration and fined $181.48.
