BELPRE — The Belpre Police Department has released the following reports:

Oct. 22

* Travis L. Edwards, 38, of Parkersburg, was cited for driving under suspension.

Oct. 24

* Josey T, Vanmeter, 37, of Belpre, was cited for expired registration.

Oct. 27

* Christian A. Alley, 26, of Belpre, was cited for driving under suspension and expired registration.

Oct. 28

* Taylor N. Newland, 26, of Washington, W.Va., was cited for speed.

Oct. 29

* Konner J. Wigal, 25, of Vienna, was cited for speed.

Oct. 31

* Penny D. Rinehart, 68, of Mount Zion, W.Va., was cited for expired registration.

* Jennifer M. Allman, 50, of Washington, W.Va., was cited for expired registration.

* Lorrie F. Parks, 71, of Parkersburg, was cited for expired registration.

* Marjae L. Striblin, 39, of Belpre, was cited for expired operator license.

* Austin M. Barnhart, 27, of Belpre, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on a theft warrant.

* Parker J. Williams, 28, of Cincinnati, was cited for speed.

* Gernon G. Earley, 40, of Belpre, was cited for driving under suspension and having fictitious registration.

Nov. 1

* Joshua A. Armstrong, 36, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charge of a felony probation violation.

* Aaron T. Michel, 39, of Little Hocking, was cited for speed.

* Joseph M. Cassady, 33, of Belpre, was arrested and released on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and or drugs and improper lane change.

* Aaron J. Offenberger, 35, of Belpre, was cited for a red light violation.
