PARKERSBURG — The following cases were released by Wood County Magistrate Court on Sept. 4:

* Skyla Williams, 207 S. Maple St., Ripley, pleaded guilty to destruction of property, fined $176.48 and sentenced to one year in jail which was suspended and she was placed on two years of unsupervised probation. She is also required to report to the Wood County Day Report Center for six months. Williams had a charge of burglary dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Wesley Leonard Jacob Anderson, 2525 24th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to joyriding, fined $216.48 and sentenced to 20 days in jail. He had charges of petit larceny and burglary dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Leona Nichole Metz, 1026 Lynn St., Apt. B, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to failure to maintain control and fined $186.48. She had a charge of DUI dismissed.

* Riley Myshel Joline Speece, 115 Jordyn Lane Apt. 106, Mineral Wells, had a charge of obstruction during an investigation (false statement) dismissed.

* Jason Lee Caplinger, 1111 Lynn St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation with a credit of seven days for time served. Charges of trespassing and failure to process were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Lakisha Marie Bigler, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County on a charge of failure to appear. A bond hearing was held in Wood County Circuit Court.

* Christopher David King, 509 Michigan Ave., Nitro, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense failure to register as a sex offender and held on a $10,000 surety bond.

* Bryson James Boey, 141 Kirk Hope Drive, Pickerington, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of possession with intent to deliver fentanyl and possession with intent to deliver suboxone and held on a $150,000 surety bond.

* Jessica Renea Thomas, 1306 15th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of expired motor vehicle inspection and having expired registration and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Keigan A. Mattern, 277 Pahlhurst Plaza, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of having an expired MVI sticker and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jennifer Emily Edwards, 1037 24th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and having an expired registration and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Cammille Leach-Rodriguez, Marietta, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving on a suspended license, having no insurance, driving on a suspended license and having no insurance and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Cosi Michael Maul, 1119 Joyce Drive., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having improper registration and having no proof of insurance and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Karen Starr Kemmerer, 113 Crawford St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene and driving on a suspended license and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Zeinoun Ghaisan Haddad, 860 Cedar Grove Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of speeding in a school zone over 15 mph and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Marion Delbert Sweeney Jr., 2906 29th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of indecent exposure and held on a $500 surety bond.

* Jesse Scott Brooks, 119 Sunset Lane, Marietta, was arraigned on charges of fleeing on foot and possession of a controlled substance and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jacob A. Thomas, 103 Walnut Drive, Waverly, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and possession of a controlled substance on an access site and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Michael Patrick Wallace II, 107 Pickering St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license and having no insurance and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Carl Edward Porter, 18 Haught St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of maintaining a dwelling for the use of controlled substances and held on a $10,000 surety bond.

* James William Blevins Jr., 18 Haught St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of maintaining a dwelling for the use of controlled substances and held on a $10,000 surety bond.

* Larry Franklin McVey, 214 Mulberry Road, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to failure to yield and fined $181.48.

* Charlotte Ann Tingler-Craddock, 2150 White Oak Run Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to selling or furnishing someone with beer who is under 21 and fined $201.48.

* Carl Ian Sartor, 614 Lambert St., Belpre, pleaded guilty to a red light violation and fined $181.48. A charge of having improper registration was dismissed after providing proper registration to the court.

* David Justin Kerns, 5800 Walker Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

* Amanda Sue Rector, 603 Buckeye St. #103, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having an expired motor vehicle registration and not using a hands-free electronic device and fined $457.96.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Sept. 5:

* Lisa Marie Myers, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fraudulent use of an access device, and bond was set at $10,000.

* Travis Lee Hudnall, Hansford, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering of non-residence, petit larceny and first-offense shoplifting, and bond was set at $1,500.

* Jeremy Randall Bowersock, 1525 Lakehill Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving under suspension and possession of a controlled substance and released on $500 bond.

* James Douglass Frazer, Charleston, was arraigned on charges of driving under suspension and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $3,000.

* Braydn A. Ruble, 2706 Underwood Drive, Belpre, pleaded guilty to camping in a restricted area and assessed $196.48.

* Scott Anthony Anderson, 1620 ½ Blizzard Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48.

* Garrett Tyler Jackson, 376 Nursery Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and assessed $201.48.

* Shane M. Anderson, 1564 Suzanne Circle, Belpre, pleaded guilty to failure to obey a traffic control device and assessed $181.48.

* Tara Larayne Fleming, 701 Deerwalk Highway, Waverly, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $191.48.

* Sarah Lea Nichols, 1107 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to driving left of center and assessed $186.48. A charge of driving under suspension was dismissed after proof was shown.

* Steven Eklund, 1705 17th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to improper passing and assessed $186.48.

* Quinton Andrew Phillips, 349 Buckingham Road, Belleville, pleaded no contest to driving under suspension and assessed $276.48.

* Logan Dale Fawcett, 104 Mineral Manor Way, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48.

* Mohammed Sghair Abdelllahi, Carnegie, Pa., pleaded guilty to sale or gift of tobacco products to someone under 21 and assessed $226.48.

* Landon Scheen Hinzman, 624 31st St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and assessed $25.

* Gavin Lemasters, 307 Walnut St., Lowell, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and assessed $25.

* Whitney Marie Sprouse, 619 Lambert St., Belpre, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and assessed $276.48.

* A preliminary hearing on a charge of intimidation threats to a public official was waived against Malik Jerome Howard, homeless.

* A preliminary hearing on a charge of kidnapping was waived against James Ryan Andrews, 2011 Washington Blvd., Apt. 11, Belpre.

* Preliminary hearings on charges of malicious assault and second-offense battery on a police officer against Kiylee Paige Bennett, 1743 Seventh St., Parkersburg, were waived.

* Probable cause was found on a charge of first-degree arson of a dwelling or outbuilding against William Andrew Boyd, 3919 Tommy Bond Road, Coolville, and the case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

* A strangulation charge against Chad Henry Smith, Parkersburg, was dismissed without prejudice as the alleged victim was not present.

* A preliminary hearing on a charge of child abuse creating substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury was waived against Tasha June Compton, Parkersburg, and the case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

* A preliminary hearing on a charge of third-offense shoplifting was waived against Jackie Anne Nay, 122 Sharon St., Mineral Wells, and the case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Bryce Michael Edwards, 1301 23rd St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to time served of 15 days in jail. Charges of falsely reporting an emergency and failure to process were dismissed under a plea agreement.

* A charge of third-offense driving under suspension was dismissed against Joshua Raymond King, 672 Sherwood Forest Drive, Belleville, after his driver’s license was reinstated.

* A charge of third-offense domestic assault or domestic battery was dismissed against Ryan Brett Francisco, Belleville.

* Destanee Lynne Houghton, 2521 24th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction and disorderly conduct, assessed $357.96 and sentenced to six months in jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. A charge of battery on a government representative, health care provider, utility worker, law enforcement or EMS was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* A charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription was dismissed against Brandon Albert Bennett, 204 Tanner Lane, Walker, under a deferred sentence. A charge of driving under suspension was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* An open dump charge was dismissed against Tyler Martin Andermanis, 1500 Broadway Ave., Parkersburg, after the officer failed to appear.

* Thomas Michael Leroy Underwood, 44 Meadowview Circle, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor and petit larceny, assessed $252.96 and sentenced to one year of jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation on each charge, to run concurrently.

* Kimberly Sue Adams, 222 Tonya Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and assessed $286.48. A charge of no proof of insurance was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Charles Gregory Whited, 314 9 ½ St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and assessed $276.48. A stop sign violation charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Gregory Allen Hutson Jr., 1010 Johnsons Run Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no insurance and assessed $376.48. A driving under suspension charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Brady Wyatt Boston, 1305 Myrtle St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance and striking highway fixtures and assessed $692.96. Charges of registration violation, driving under suspension and purchasing, consuming, selling or possessing beer under 21 were dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Nicholas Ryan Waugh, 1908 Gladstone St., Parkersburg, had a trespassing charge dismissed under a plea agreement. He pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, assessed $176.48 with a civil penalty of $199.92 to Walmart and sentenced to 90 days jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation.

* Rafael Russell Delgado, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to time served of 93 days in jail.
