PARKERSBURG — The following reports were released from Wood County Magistrate Court on Aug. 21:

* Stephen M. Walker, 100 Willowbrook Dr. Apt. 63, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to going left of center and fined $357.96.

* Xavier Paul Carpenter, 705 Hall St. Apt. 7, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $186.48. He was ordered to pay a $155.80 civil penalty to the Survival Ridge Trading Post at the Grand Central Mall.

* Amy Nicole Lyons, 705 Hall St. Apt. 7, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, fined $452.96 and was placed on 45 days of home confinement. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Richard Donald Svencer, 1074 Cedar Grove Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to battery, fined $216.48 and sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.

* Rebecca Lynn Dillard, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to first-offense child abuse-failure to register, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 10 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on six months of unsupervised probation.

* Joseph Gayle McElwee, 956 Murphytown Road, Davisville, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.

* Ricky Allen Thompson, 513 Eighth St., Marietta, pleaded guilty to destruction of property, fined $176.48 and sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.

* Kenneth Allen Smith, 2530 Berwick Blvd., Columbus, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and released on $30,000 surety bond.

* Joseph Nathaniel Swope, 940 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of grand larceny and released on $10,000 surety bond.

* Robert D. Reaser, Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of strangulation and held on $5,000 surety bond.

* James Dale Sabato, 6714 Texas Highway II, Hughes Springs, Texas, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Colton Dale Poole, 701 33rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and held on $1,000 cash bond.

* Jeremy J. Kesselring, 4791 Waterford Road, Marietta, pleaded guilty to having a child under 12 without a personal floatation device and fined $196.48.

* Anthony Keith Richards, 7259 Garfield Road, Leroy, W.Va., pleaded guilty to speeding, 10 mph or less in excess on the highway. A charge of going left of center was dismissed.

* Justin T. Cather, 13081 Carr Road, Nelsonville, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding (10 mph or less in excess on the highway) and fined $181.48.

* Samantha J. Wheeler, 325 Smith Dr., Marietta, pleaded guilty to having expired motor vehicle registration and fined $186.48. She had a charge of failure to obtain a West Virginia license within 30 days after proof of a proper license was presented to the court.

* Morgan Shantale McMillion, 1807 Mary Ellen Drive, Flatwoods, Ky., pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

* Whitney Faith Roberts, 506 Hugh St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48.

* Eary James Adkins, 1 Camelot Drive Apt. 4, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.
