BELPRE — The Belpre Police Department released the following reports:

Oct. 13

* Chloe A. Dunfee, 21, of Hockingport, was cited for a red light violation.

Oct. 14

* Melissa N. Smith, 43, of Parkersburg, was cited for driving under suspension and expired registration.

* Marcus R. Holloway, 39, of Cutler, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on two warrants out of Glouster Circuit Court in Virginia.

Oct. 15

* Alana K. McKnight, 21, of Coolville, was cited for expired registration.

* Kristy N. Hiserote, 28, of Belpre, was cited for a stop sign violation.

* Mohamed Barakat, 42, of Belpre, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charge of violating a protection order.

Oct. 16

* Devin M. Rossiter, 28, of Little Hocking, was cited for fail to obey traffic control device.
