PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports on Jully 1:
* Keith Alesius, 331 George Kostas Drive, Logan, W.Va., had three worthless check charges dismissed since the case was 20 years old and the state doesn’t wish to prosecute.
* Tabitha Jean Davis, 602 33rd St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating without inspection certificate and was assessed $181.48. The court dismissed charges of expired registration, improper registration and no insurance under a plea agreement.
* Alisha Jane Floyd, 1204 George St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to reckless driving, was assessed $276.48 and sentenced to 30 days jail, suspended for six months supervised probation. Under a plea agreement, the court dismissed charges of speeding in a construction zone, no proof of insurance and no inspection certificate.
* Levi William Barker, 3506 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting less than $500, was assessed $176.48 and sentenced to jail for six months which was suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. He was also assessed a $50 civil penalty to Sheetz on Seventh Street. The court dismissed a third-offense shoplifting charge under a plea agreement.
* Robert Franklin Patrick, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed as victim did not wish to pursue.
* David Thomas Modesitt, 1016 19th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and stop sign violation and was assessed $557.96.
* Bernard Tonyo Spann, 612 Ninth St., Marietta, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident and was assessed $276.48. A charge of driving left of center was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Kylee Paige Bennett, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction and battery of a government representative, health care provider, utility worker, law enforcement or EMS, was assessed $362.96 and sentenced to 30 days jail, suspended for six months on each charge, to run concurrently. A domestic battery charge was dismissed as the alleged victim does not want to proceed.
* Kevin Wayne Lott, Parkersburg, had a domestic battery charge dismissed as the victim does not want to prosecute.
* Jason Alan Prather, Parkersburg, had a domestic battery charge dismissed as the victim does not want to prosecute.
* Brian Robert Sanders, 34 Kings Row Court Trailer 8, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, was assessed $186.48 and sentenced to 90 days jail with credit for time served and suspended for six months unsupervised probation.
* Rebecca Marie Morgan, 1206 14th St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to obstruction and was assessed $226.48.
* Samantha Ann Adams, 1004 Pike St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, was assessed $276.48 and a civil penalty of $123.12 to Walmart in Vienna. A trespassing charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Amber Anna Glaeser Baker, 109 Division St. Apt. 4, Parkersburg, had a DUI charge dismissed following completion of deferral program.
* Jerome Lee Blackwell, 4809 Emerson Ave., Parkersburg, had a charge of third-offense driving under suspension dismissed due to defendant being in federal custody.
* Scott Andrew Bland, Parkersburg, had a domestic assault charge dismissed due to the alleged victim not appearing for hearing.
* Nancy K. Snider, 110 Split Rock Drive, Marietta, pleaded guilty to operating a vessel-speed and was assessed $195.48. A charge of child failure to wear flotation device was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Dylan Michael Lamp, 202 Berry Run Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and was assessed $201.48.
* Anthony Wayne Broadwell, 4418 Packard St., Parkersburg, had two charges of expired registration dismissed.
* Donnie Clavel McCumbers III, Belleville, had a domestic battery charge dismissed.
* Mark James Heflin, Davisville, had a domestic assault charge dismissed.
* Kenneth William Brinklow, 2316 Highland Ave. Apt. B, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and simple assault, was assessed $602.96 and sentenced to 60 days jail suspended for six months on each count, to be served concurrently. A charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Cheryl Renee Naylor, no address listed, was arraigned on a fugitive from justice charge from Washington County and held without bond.
* Ronald J. Lester Jr., 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense shoplifting and obstruction and was released on $2,000 bond.
* Tasha Jo Jenkins, 501 Reed St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on three shoplifting counts and released on $1,500 bond.
* Amber Nicole Mackey, 3516 Winding Road, Waverly, was arraigned on charges of no operators and improper registration and was released on $500 bond.
* Logan J. Klintworth, 14780 Waterford Road, Waterford, was arraigned on charges of IFTA decal and improper registration and was released on $500 bond.
* Candace Elizabeth McElhinney, 1511 30th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a possession charge and released on $2,000 bond.
* Richard Allen Moore, 3928 Ninth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of defeating drug and alcohol screening/possession of adulterant and released on $1,000 bond.
* David Eugene Bostaph, 153 Dickens Ave., Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of speeding and reckless driving and released on $500 bond.
* Shawn Michael Bailey, 100 Rock Run Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed $181.48.
* Samantha Ann Joy, 1707 Lawrence St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to reckless operation of watercraft and was assessed $196.48.
* Erin Michelle Williams, 518 Guinn Road, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed $181.48.
* Charles Lee Trippett, 100 American Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to open container and was assessed $226.48. A defective equipment charge was dismissed after a receipt was provided to the court.
* Billy Ray Scott, 700 ½ Cisler Drive, Marietta, pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed $181.48.
* Kole Ryan Carpenter, 604 East State St., Newcomerstown, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding in a construction zone and was assessed $201.48.
* Abhijeet Sinah Baghel, 103 Parkview Drive Apt. 103, Bridgeport, W.Va., pleaded guilty to speeding in a work zone and was assessed $226.48.
