BELPRE — The Belpre Police Department released the following reports:

Aug. 18

* Mason B. Sigman, 21, of Ivydale, W.Va., was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on two counts of receiving stolen property.

Aug. 19

* Marilyn E. Cremeans, 69, of Belpre, was cited for a red light violation.

Aug. 20

* Timothy W. Cowan, 54, of Belpre, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on charges of gross sexual imposition and grooming.

Aug. 22

* Thatcher N. Price, 45, of Belpre, was cited for driving under suspension.

Aug. 23

* Kaitlynne M. Cockerham, 26, of Belpre, was cited for no operator license and expired registration.

* Angela C. Harguess, 59, of Belpre, was cited for expired registration.

* Tammy D. Pring, 60, of Belpre, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charge of criminal trespass.

Aug. 25

* Logan M. Cole, 24, of Albany, Ohio, was cited for speed.

Aug. 26

* Jacob L. Brown, 20, of Vincent, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on charges of failure to comply with order or signal of police officer, speed and endangering children.

Aug. 27

* Edward H. Staats, 54, of Parkersburg, was cited for expired registration.

* Amy L. File, 46, of Parkersburg, was cited for expired registration.

* Macy J. Boyles, 21, of Parkersburg, was cited for expired registration.
