MARIETTA — A Washington County Grand Jury indicted 11 defendants Thursday morning at the Washington County Courthouse.

Those indicted included:

* Joseph Lee Kellison, no age listed, Belpre, was indicted on a count of domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony, from July 2.

* Timothy Wayne Cowan, 54, 816 Leonard Ave., Belpre, was indicted on one count of gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony; and grooming, a fifth-degree felony, from July 10.

* Amber Dawn Durnell, 39, 2372 Blair Road, Coolville, was indicted on one count of grand theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony; and theft from a person in a protected class, a fifth-degree felony, from June 25.

* Patrick Alan Brannan, no age or address listed, was indicted on a count of criminal damaging or endangering, a second-degree misdemeanor, from June 22.

* Donald Ray Forrester, 67, Marietta, was indicted on a count of domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony, from June 6.

* John D. Pugh, 45, 128 Franklin St., Marietta, was indicted on a count of trespassing in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, a fourth-degree felony, from June 24.

* Timothy Michael Morton, 36, Parkersburg, was indicted on one count of aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony; domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor; and aggravated menacing, a first-degree misdemeanor, from March 2024.

* Josey Cheyenne Barton, 34, homeless, was indicted on one count of forgery, a fifth-degree felony; theft, a fifth-degree felony; and misdemeanor theft, a first-degree misdemeanor, from Feb. 4.

* Christopher Eric Drayer, 55, 20470 State Route 60, Beverly, was indicted on a count of trafficking in cocaine, a first-degree felony; and two counts of possession of cocaine, first-degree and fifth-degree felonies, from May 23. The indictment also listed specifications for forfeiture of two cell phones, an automobile and money in a drug case.

* David William Mowery, 53, 333 Old School Lane, Fleming, was indicted on a count of intimidation, a third-degree felony; three counts of aggravated menacing, first-degree misdemeanors; and four counts of criminal damaging or endangering, first-degree and second-degree misdemeanors, from Aug. 1.

* Alexandra Katherine Perry, 39, 207 Washington St., Marietta, was indicted on two counts of tampering with evidence, third-degree felonies; and falsification, a first-degree misdemeanor, from June 13.
