BELPRE — The Belpre Police Department released the following reports on July 29:

July 25

* Tempest S. Murphy, 38, Coolville, was cited for assured clear distance ahead and expired registration.

July 26

* Kiernan M. Cline, 21, Parkersburg, was cited for speed.

* Misty D. Krampe, 44, Belpre, was cited for having a cat run at large.

July 27

* James R. Andrews, 40, Belpre, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charge of fugitive from justice from the State of WV

* Jessica M. Ruble, 39, Vienna, WV arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on a disorderly conduct warrant out of Marietta Municipal Court.
