PARKERSBURG – The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on May 13-14:

* Kristopher James Kelso, 8376 West Pike, Hopewell, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding (84 mph in a 70 mph zone) and fined $191.48.

* Juan Jabar Richards, 1663 E. Main St., Lancaster, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and having no proof of insurance and fined $752.96. Another charge of driving on a suspended license and a charge of having no proof of insurance were dismissed. He was arraigned on a charge of transporting an illegal substance into a jail and held on $5,000 bond.

* Steven Matthew Mullinex, 1300 Rayon Dr., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Valerie Louise Saunders, 1706 Andrew St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing in a condemned structure, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 10 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation.

* Cory Lee Bunner, 4449 18th Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Kati Lynn Guidry, 645 Lincolnshire Dr., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to going left of center and fined $186.48. A charge of having no driver’s license was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Ronnie Lee Lockhart Sr., 408 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing on a placarded property and fined $186.48.

* Thomas Paul Douglas, 3060 Dutch Ridge Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a revoked license for DUI, fined $351.48 and placed on 30 days of home confinement. A charge of possession of a controlled substance (heroin) was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Carl Anthony Flowers, 615 17th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.

* Ashley Michelle Waggoner, 35 Gardenia Dr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and disorderly conduct and released on $1,500 bond.

* James Eugene Cunningham, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and trespassing and held on $1,000 bond.

* Monica Ann Starcher, 614 Florence St., Belpre, Ohio was arraigned on charges of providing false information and interference with officer and released on $1,000 bond.

* Casey Jay Cox, Washington, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and held on $3,000 bond.

* Sarah Renee McHenry, 2570 Parkview Dr., Belpre, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and disorderly conduct and released on $2,000 bond.

* Timothy Edward McComb, 2510 Parkview Dr., Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and released on $1,000 bond.

* Jessica Rae Hixon, 2112 10th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $500 bond.

* Jordan Ray Stewart, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing and released on $1,000 bond.

* Chase Richard Lanham, 7 High St., Chauncey, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of aggravated DUI and released on $750 bond.

* Jessica Denise Marshall, 65942 St. Rt. 124, Reedsville, was arraigned on a charge of DUI, less than .15, and released on $500 bond.

* Brent Alan Piggot, 1464 Barnette Ridge Rd., Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.

* Jonathan Ray Carter, 306 Beeman Road, Washington, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and driving on a suspended license for DUI and released on $3,000 bond.

* Alexis Jose Cardenas Tello, 804 Pike St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of speeding and fined $181.48.

* Holley K. Moneypenny, 88 W. Apple Blossom Way, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed after proof was presented in court.

* M Fernando Marcos Rodriguez, 220 N. Cross St., Dover, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding (75 mph in a 70 mph zone) and fined $181.48.

* Emily Ann Gillespie, 1256 Northview Court, Circleville, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

* Carter Lee Compton, 2772 Shields Hill Road, Cairo, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

* Levry Emmanuel Zapata, 2186 Meadowview Dr., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and no operator’s license and fined $382.96.

* Jessie Duane King, 224 Greenwood Dr., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $201.48.

* Mason Royce Merrifield, 1248 Walker Rd., Walker, pleaded guilty to speeding and driving on a suspended license and fined $462.96. He pleaded guilty to another charge of speeding and fined $196.48.

* Duane Joseph Burge, 112 Jackson Lane, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to fishing without a license and fined $196.48.

* Jordan Lee Authur Mackey, 290 Congress Rd., Belpre, pleaded guilty to littering and fined $196.48.

* Skyla L. Walker, 61 Powell Dr. Apt. 28, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48. A charge of having expired registration was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

PARKERSBURG – The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on May 15:

* Orman Lee Blackman II, 55 Oak St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. Another charge of driving on a suspended license was as well as a charge of expired registration were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Damon Lee Bonham, 1400 23rd St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to attempted petit larceny, fined $176.48 and sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He had a charge of burglary dismissed.

* Tyler Louis Lynn, 327 Oak Acres Circle, Washington, pleaded guilty to DUI, less than .150, or drugs, fined $351.48 and sentenced to one day in jail which was ruled as time served. A charge of DUI, less than .15, was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Jonathan Mark Thomas, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to violation of a protective order, fined $426.48 and sentenced to four days in jail which was ruled as time served. He also pleaded guilty to a charge of petit larceny, fined $276.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.

* Courtney Destifanes, 102 Miller Ave., Marietta, pleaded guilty to worthless check and fined $212.67. There were five other counts of worthless checks that were dismissed.

* Rusty Buck Morris, 1015 18th St. Apt. F4, Vienna, pleaded guilty to knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation with a credit of two days for time served.

* Crystal Leann Evans, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm, fined $402.96 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. She had a charge of fleeing dismissed, per a plea agreement. She also pleaded guilty to shoplifting (trying to exchange or get a refund for items not purchased) and fined $201.48. She was ordered to pay a $228.86 civil penalty to Hobby Lobby in Vienna. Another two counts of shoplifting were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Shawn Norman Bonar, 608 Elm St., Belpre, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident and failure to maintain vehicle insurance, fined $552.96 and sentenced to 10 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. A charge of reckless driving was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Allyson Marie Morge, 6425 Pike St., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to a charge of truancy and fined $226.48. She had another charge of truancy dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Shawn Anthony Miller, 2206 Fairfax St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having expired registration and fined $186.48. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Mark Andrew Lowers, 67 Friar Tuck Rd., Belleville, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation. A charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Samantha J. Hickel, 21 Worthington Trailer Park Rd. #3, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $286.48. Charges of having defective equipment, having expired registration and going left of center were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Tyler Louis Lynn, 327 Oak Acres Circle, Washington, pleaded guilty to DUI, less than .150 or drugs, fined $371.48 and sentenced to one day in jail which was credited as time served.

* Jessica Renee Randolph, 2837 Meadville Rd., Davisville, pleaded no contest to shoplifting and fined $186.48. She was ordered to pay a $202.02 civil penalty to Sally’s Beauty Supply.

* Austin Cole Rizer, 11337 Southern Highway, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and speeding (58 mph in a 55 mph zone) and fined $457.96.

* Cameron Joseph Knowlton, 612, Sycamore Circle, St. Marys, was arraigned on charges of speeding (74 mph in a 65 mph zone) and window tint and released on $500 bond.

* Derick Paul Fore, 403 Central Ave., Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of escape and held on $15,000 bond.

* Ronald Aaron Sartin II, Ranson, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $3,000 bond.

* Andrea Rose Willis, 184 Electric Ave., Belleville, was arraigned on a charge of fishing without a license and released on $500 bond.

* Jerry W. Hartley, 184 Electric Ave., Belleville, was arraigned on a charge of fishing without a license and released on $500 bond.

* Dillion Gray Golding, 1329 Spring St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no operator’s license and reckless driving and released on $500 bond.

* Kane Hamilton Munyengango, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice on a charge of a probation violation out of Vanderburgh County, Indiana. He is being held until a hearing is set in Wood County Circuit Court.

* John Daniel Emerson, 2302 Randolph Dr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of malicious assault and held on $10,000 bond.

* Brant Ryan Clendenin, 3003 City View Dr. Unit B, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fishing without a license and fined $196.48.

* Deaden Erik Vanoster, 425 Wentz Road, Marietta, pleaded guilty to speeding (84 mph in a 70 mph zone) and fined $186.48.

* James Lester Streets, 105 Mercer St., Middlebourne, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $276.48.

* Michael Lee Grogg, 264 Mount Run Road, Rosedale, pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $196.48.

* William Jackson Schnieder Jr., 1446 Patten Mills Rd., Cutler, pleaded guilty to speeding (89 mph in a 65 mph zone) and fined $196.48.

* Nissa Dae Osborn, 79 Sunset St., Washington, pleaded guilty to driving too fast for roadway conditions and fined $186.48.

* Wayne Sterling Simonton, 1863 Blennerhassett Heights, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

* Brett Michael Walton, 1010 Ridgewood Blvd., Belpre, pleaded guilty to speeding (74 mph in a 65 mph zone) and fined $181.48.

* Joshua Scott Vanway, 440 Kittle St., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48. A charge of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate was dismissed.
