Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on April 22:

* Aaron Luke Cross, 52 Dempsie Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, wanton endangerment with a firearm and use of a firearm during the commission of a felony and held on $150,000 bond.

* Mary Beth Antil Krafft, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County, Ohio, on a charge of failure to appear. A bond hearing will be held in Wood County Circuit Court.

* Bradley A. Byrd, 32 Tetrick St., Cairo, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and having expired MVI and released on $1,000 bond.

* David L. England, 15404 E. 890th Ave., Effingham, Ill., was arraigned on a charge of burning during closed season and released on $500 bond.

* Gary Paul Barker, 817 Lenore St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of expired MVI and having expired registration and released on $250 bond.

* Michael Josef Farmer, 1114 Williams St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violating a protective order and held on $2,000 bond. He was also arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County, Ohio, on a charge of failure to appear. A bond hearing will be set in Wood County Circuit Court.

* Cameron Joseph Knowlton, 641 Wrights Run Road, St. Marys, was arraigned on charges of speeding and having no MVI and released on $500 bond.

* Tyler Chase May, 3957 Clay Rd., Spencer, pleaded guilty to speeding (80 mph in a 70 mph zone) and fined $181.48.

* Damion Johnale Jackson, 1468 Wayland Dr., Columbus, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of manufacture or possess a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Katie Lynn Munoz, 1015 18th St. Apt. 4C, Vienna, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of conspiracy to manufacture, possess, deliver a controlled substance with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance and manufacture or possess a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Thomas Bryan Moore Jr., 1111 Lynn St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of burglary. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court. He also pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $201.48. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $54.65 to the Sheetz store on Ann Street in Parkersburg. A charge of obstruction with threats of harm was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Chelsea Kathleen Donnan, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed with prejudice as the alleged victim did not wish to pursue the case.

* James Andrew Craddock, 2150 White Oak Run Rd., Walker, pleaded guilty to a traffic control signal violation and fined $186.48. A charge of improper registration was dismissed.

* Zachary Ryan Loscar, 2600 Cleveland Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

* David Scott Menges, 14 Casey Lane, Washington, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48. A charge of having no operator’s license was dismissed after proof was presented to the court.

* Zachary Austin Landers, 203 Horsemill Hollow Rd., Cedar Grove was arraigned on a charge of speeding and fined $186.48.

* Tonya Lynn May, 237 3rd St. Apt. 15, Louisa, Ky., pleaded guilty to making a u-turn on an interstate and fined $181.48.

* Joshua Earl Gorrell, 707 Tygart St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48.

* Brian David Hall, 620 Sandhill Road, Marietta, pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $186.48.
