WVU Parkersburg rebrands radio station

PARKERSBURG – West Virginia University at Parkersburg has rebranded its radio station once known as The Beet as Tower 61. WPKM 96.3 FM was the first community college radio station in West Virginia. Historical society to hold final Anti Tea Party

The final Anti-Tea Party celebrating America’s 250th anniversary will be held from 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the Phelps-Tavenner House at 2401 Camden Ave. in Parkersburg.
