Belpre Historical Society
BELPRE — Ohio Rep. Kevin Ritter will speak about the Articles of Confederation and the U.S. Constitution at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, at the Farmers Castle Museum, 509 Ridge St., Belpre.
The event is free, but donations will be accepted. It will be hosted by the Belpre Historical Society. Seating is limited. Call 740-423-7588 for reservations.
