PARKERSBURG — A person passes by a clear window on a pedestrian bridge over Garfield Avenue that connects two parts of the Camden Clark Medical Center. Runners and walkers in Saturday’s News and Sentinel Half Marathon will pass under the spot Saturday on their way to a long climb across the Little Kanawha River. Registration for the race is available at www.newsandsentinelhalfmarathon, at the News and Sentinel office at 519 Juliana St. or in person from 2-9 p.m. Friday at the Parkersburg Municipal Building.
