Indivisible MOV plans protest Friday

MINERAL WELLS – Indivisible MOV plans to gather during rush hour Friday on the Mineral Wells Interstate 77 overpass as part of a nationwide #BeBraveDay campaign.
The event will begin at 5 p.m. Some signage will be provided.
A release from the local Indivisible group says the event asks participants “to be brave and stand up against facism in America” and resist “the current course of the Trump administration.”
Indivisible MOV plans to host a series of protests in and around Wood and Washington counties for the next national day of action, on Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 1.
The next meeting of Indivisible MOV is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 3, at the Gathering Place in Marietta. More information is available by searching for the group on Facebook, Instagram, BlueSky and Discord.
