MARIETTA — The annual #myMarietta Music festival featuring local performers will be held starting at noon Saturday in Marietta.

Groups will entertain the crowds at three outdoor stages in downtown Marietta. The family-friendly event, hosted by Marietta Main Street, is free.

The title sponsor is Wilky’s Sports Bar and the stage sponsors are Wilky’s, Washington State College of Ohio and Magnum Magnetics. The stages will be located on the Armory lawn, at Wilky’s Sports Bar and First City Records.

Other sponsors include Just a Jar Design Press, Marietta Dental Works, First City Records, the Town House, Lure Tattooing and Piercing and Wit & Whimzy with Clutch Collective.

This festival has become an anticipated and well-attended event, drawing hundreds of people downtown to enjoy their favorite musicians and discover new ones, according to Nate Shahan, Marietta Main Street Board member and coordinator of the event.

“Despite what some people may think, the MOV has a vibrant, diverse music scene,” Shahan said. “This festival showcases some of the best talent in our region, including singer/songwriters, Americana, rock and metal, all in one place for free.”

All shows at each stage start at noon and continue through the evening.

On the Wilky’s stage at the Armory:

* Noon to 12:45 p.m., High Schools that Rock

* 1:15 to 2 p.m., Mud Duck Revival

* 2:30 to 3:30 p.m., Jake Dunn

* 4-5 p.m., Todd Burge

* 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., Gypsy River

* 7-8 p.m., OYO

* 8:30 to 9:30 p.m., Sockdolager

* 10-11 p.m., Hominid

On the Magnum Magnetics Stage at First City Records:

* Noon to 1 p.m., Volcanic Ensemble

* 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., The Hopewell

* 3-4 p.m., Matt Petty & the Whiskey Chasers

* 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., Levi Westfall Band

* 6-7 p.m., Place Invaders

* 7:30 to 8:30 p.m., Appalachian Hustle

* 9-10 p.m., Sybil’s Silence

Washington State College of Ohio Stage at Wilky’s:

* Noon to 1 p.m., Evie Schaffer

* 1:15 to 2:15 p.m., Evan Cunningham

* 2:30 to 3:30 p.m., Soph Stevens

* 3:45 to 4:45 p.m., Jimmy Change

* 5-6 p.m., Sarah Burton

The schedule is staggered so that people can move between stages to enjoy multiple acts.
