BELPRE — The Belpre Shrine Club’s annual Vidalia Onion Fundraising Project will start on Tuesday.

Sweet Vidalia onions will be on sale from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. daily at the Shriner’s trailer in the 1300 block west on Washington Boulevard in Belpre.

The project will continue to early June.

The onions, fresh and straight from Georgia, are 10 pounds for $10. Proceeds from the annual fundraiser support Shriner’s Hospitals.
