PARKERSBURG – Wood County Magistrate Court recently released the following reports on May 8:

* Brandy Dawn Sartor, 3668 Buck Run Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer and trespassing. Her bond was set at $1,100.

* Sarah Kimberly Middleton, 509 Buckeye St., Apt. 202B, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving while license is suspended or revoked and failure to stop at a traffic control device. She was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Ashley Nicole McClead, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jeffrey Earl Stanley, 3684 Kidron Court, Columbus, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and driving while license is suspended or revoked and held on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Nathaniel Lee Close, 4481 Anderson Road, Fleming, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense driving under the influence and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* William L. Hutson, 504 Ward Place, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense shoplifting and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Shane Michael Haynes, homeless, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of petit larceny and released on a $500 surety bond.

* Charles J. Edmond, 243 Hoagland Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no insurance, second-offense driving while license is suspended or revoked, speeding and burning of refuse. He was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Charges of expired motor vehicle registration and driving on a revoked license were dismissed, without prejudice, against Paul David Cline, 1607½ Oak St., Parkersburg.

* Charges of expired driver’s license, improper use of evidence of registration and failure to maintain motor vehicle insurance were dismissed against Jonathan Michael Jarrett, 314 9½ St., Parkersburg. Defendant no longer has the vehicle, and the state does not wish to pursue.

* A charge of third-offense driving while suspended was dismissed as part of a plea agreement against Jonathan M. Loncala, 734 Lulu St., Parkersburg.

* Charges for possession of a controlled substance were dismissed against Patience Nicole Baker, 943 Swann St., Parkersburg after completion of a deferred sentence agreement.

* A preliminary hearing was waived on two counts of first-offense sex offender registration, life registrant false or inaccurate information, against Calvin Lee Ferrell, 2805 Birch St., Lot 25, Parkersburg.

* A preliminary hearing was waived on a charge of grand larceny against Wayne Campbell, 910 Teft St., Apt. 2, Parkersburg.

* Janice M Lowe, 6564 New England Ridge Road, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to one count of driving while license is suspended or revoked and assessed $276.48.

* Thomas Xavier Trexler, 1409 Andrew St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to one count of fleeing from law enforcement officer, was assessed $176.48 and was sentenced to jail for 60 days, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. As part of a plea agreement, a charge of obstruction of law enforcement with threats of harm was dismissed.

* Timothy Wayne Hupp Jr., 906 Hawthorne St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to one count of shoplifting and was assessed $181.48. He was also ordered to pay a civil penalty of $79.72 to Walmart in Parkersburg.

* Tra’Mayne Miguel Gaines, 927 Peckham St., Akron, pleaded guilty to one count of carrying a deadly weapon without provisional license or other authorization by persons under 21 years. He was assessed $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. As part of a plea agreement, a charge for fleeing from law enforcement was dismissed.

* Christopher J. Tynan, 5542 Trafalgar Road North, Hillsburgh, Ontario, pleaded no contest to one count of speeding, 88 mph in a 70 mph zone, and was assessed $191.48.

* Amy Nicole Farris, 4208 Packard St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to speeding in a school zone and was assessed $276.48.

* Jeffrey Shane Wittekind, 316 Gilman Ave., Marietta, pleaded guilty to one count of speeding, 67 mph in a 45 mph zone, and was assessed $191.48.

* Blaine Maxon Mackey III, 3516 Winding Road, Waverly, pleaded guilty to one count of restrictions on use by non-motorized traffic, cycles, etc., and was assessed $186.48.

* Ramona Lee Mccoy, 509 E. Oak St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to one count of restrictions on use by non-motorized traffic, cycles, etc., and was assessed $186.48.
