It is with sadness and much love that we mourn the passing of Nina Jean Allman, of Mineral Wells, on September 4, 2026, at the age of 88. Following a year of battling illnesses. Born June 8, 1938, Nina grew up on a farm in Rockport. On May 19, 1956, at age 18, she married the love of her life, Norman Roosevelt Allman.
