CHARLESTON – It was a rainy day on Charleston’s West Side, but that didn’t stop a group of largely women volunteers from coming out Wednesday afternoon to meet Rachel Fetty Anderson, the Democratic challenger to Republican U.S. Sen. Shelley Moore Capito.
