Jacqueline L. Knopp

Jacqueline Lou Knopp, 75, of Vienna, passed away Jan. 28, 2017, at Marietta Memorial Hospital.

She was born Jan. 12, 1942, in Weston, W.Va., a daughter of the late David Harley and Phyliss (Wiseman) Pratt.

Mrs. Knopp retired from Sears and had previously worked for General Motors while living in the Cleveland area. She was a Parkersburg High graduate of 1960 and a 40-year member of Seventh Street United Methodist Church.

Surviving is her husband of almost 56 years, Gary Knopp; four children, Perry Knopp (Susan) of Williamstown, Gayla Metz (Craig) of Parkersburg, Kurt Knopp (Kendra) of Lubeck and Kevin Knopp of Vienna; 11 grandchildren; seven step grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Duane Pratt.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with the Rev. Ken Peters officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. and one hour prior to services Wednesday.
